聖奧古斯丁紅屋頂普拉斯酒店(Red Roof Plus+ St Augustine)

My husband and I had a great one night stay. The room was very clean. That's all I can say cause we did check in late around d 7 so we didn't really do anything but sleep and got up at 4am to leave for work. Very quiet place also. Thank you..

Very clean

Hotel hat es sehr genau mit der Zeit beim einchecken genommen, wir waren 1 Stunde zu früh und wurden wieder weggeschickt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Fußboden war frisch gewachst. Im Zimmer waren 3 Käfer, die wir nach draußen entsorgt haben. Wir waren vor Jahren schon mehrfach in dieser Unterkunft, werden uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

reservamos por 2 noches del 23-25 de diciembre del 2023 lo único bueno que puedo decir es que está situado en un buen lugar y centrico , por otro en el cuarto LA CAMA MUY MALA EL CORCHON ES DE MUELLE Y SE SIENTEN TODOS TIENE UNIS PINCHOS A LOS LADOS QUE SI NO TIENES CUIDADO TE PUEDES SACAR SANGRE , MUY DURO Y INCÓMODO yo tuve que poner todas las almuadas a lo largo de mi cuerpo y dormir enésima de ellas , mi esposo el pobre no corrió con la misma suerte ya que no habían más , por otro lado en este hotel aceptan Perros y desafortunadamente en el cuarto de al lado tenían 2 Perros que no pararon de ladrar en toda la noche fueron 2 noches que se convirtieron en un infierno no se las deseo a nadie la verdad !! Me comuniqué desde el primer momento con los encargados del hotel y no hicieron nada hay una muchacha jovencita que está en el turno de la noche que te ignora por completo te dice que si a todo y no hace nada por arreglar el problema ,le pedí un top que se pone arriba de los corcho es de FORM y me dijo que no tienen le pido que me cambiara de cuarto y me dijo que no habían más habitaciones lo cual era mentira porque se vean las habitaciones por las ventanas que si estaban disponibles, la Verdad no lo recomiendo MUY MALO

The Red Roof in Plus, was fairly clean and pleasant to be in. the staff of the establishment were very Helpful and Pleasant. We were expecting housekeeping to come to our room during the day to give us clean towels and coffee, however that did not happen. We did have to deal with Construction and huge potholes getting into the Hotel, but I do not take that factor into consideration seeing they have little control over it. I will be considering another stay at the Red Roof Inn on my next trip.

There were a few roaches live and dead in the room. Just have more frequent big treatment I guess..? When I called a week ago the guy who answered said the pool was closed so I didn’t bring a suit. I got there and it was open lol. Overall it was clean and fairly quiet.

The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the pillows are flat. Dogs bark all night long. Staff is rude. The room as not cleaned in between nights and I had to request fresh towels. There are no employees available for check out and key cards are placed in a box. The best thing I can say is there were no bugs and the location was decent.

Las habitaciones se encuentran muy bien presentadas y el servicio de recepcion igualmente bien, mi problema fue con el personal de limpieza de los cuartos, considerando que uno va a descansar luego de visitar la ciudad vienen a las 9:30 a limpiar les dijimos que retornaran mas tarde, salimos a las 10:30 de la habitacion y cuando regresamos a la 8pm la habitacion estaba con las camas sin tender, basura en los tachos y toallas del dia anterior. Fuimos a la recepcion y no resolvieron el problema

The property advertised free breakfast. There was none provided at all. This is why we booked this property because of breakfast being provided. We had to pay out of pocket expenses. Not happy at all. Never stay here again
