聖奧爾本斯城市中心普瑞米爾酒店(St Albans City Centre)

The room was clean and well presented . Check in was made more difficult as the screen did not work for both ourselves and others which meant waiting for a receptionist to man the desk. She was polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. Parking was limited and we paid for parking on a nearby street . This turned out to be cheeped than the multi story car park even when the discount was applied Overall we were pleased with our two night stay in St Albans. This was the fourth forth hotel we stayed at and was certainly the best of the bunch

We had a lovely night away in St Albans. I was there to do a bit of shopping with my Daughter as a well done for her GCSE prep. It was in a great location for shops and there are plenty of places to eat and grab a drink. The breakfast there was very good with a great selection to choose from. I'll definitely be back again.

We have been fine with Premier Inns in the past, but this felt a less than happy experience. Room felt shabby (curtains very difficult to pull back, one partly off its rings) and dingy. Breakfast was edible, but no more. We have stayed in some excellent ones and are not super fussy people, but we rather shudder at the thought of returning to this one.

Shabby building, pretty dismal room with drink stains down the walls, clueless staff (when we asked the barman which white wines he had, first he pointed at some red, then he offered us some cider until, eventually, after much gesticulation by us, he found the white wines and proudly announced ‘I have this blue one!!’). I then ordered a gluten free meal from the gluten free menu, only to be presented with a salad containing croutons made from normal flour! Also very rowdy nightclub about 12 feet from the hotel’s entrance makes for a wretched night’s sleep if your room is on that side of the building. Utterly dismal experience overall. Handy location though - right in the very centre of St Albans

Great location in St.Albans. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms despite the proximity to the centre and always friendly staff who are very helpful

We had a minor issue with the fan in the bathroom which was speedily resolved by the manager. Service at breakfast was outstanding.

Very clean hotel Nabil was very welcoming, breakfast was lovely and hot. Martina was very friendly. Hotel was very well presented, easy to find in a great location. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable best nights sleep I've had in a while.

The bar man nabil went out of his way to make me so welcome and at home and for a scottish guy in england it was quite overwhelming. Nabil was working the bar and reception and was cooking in the kitchen and i didnt know he was doing all 3 untill david said he did all 3 from the start of his shift till the end and even came at sat me with me for over 10minutes what a op notch guy who couldnt do more for me if he tried. The manager david was a top notch guy who recognised how much nabil went out of his way to make me feel at home so big respect for nabil and david. If you have the chance to stay at the Premier inn st albans city centre i highly recommend stay here because the staff are 100% genuinely nice people who obviously take there jobs very serious i will definitely come back here
