地理位置非常好👍在skyline對面。環境很好，可以帶寵物，需提前告知。前台很友善，適合帶寵物和小朋友一起，還有mini golf，游泳池，playground，孩子們玩得很開心。

我為我的羅托魯瓦之旅預訂了 2 間客房。設施齊全，床很舒服。這個房間非常適合四口之家。
位置離市中心有點遠，但是就在無舵雪橇前面。推薦用於羅托魯瓦的廉價住宿。

Bed is too small for sharing between 3 pax. A musky smell when stepped into the room, should have included a freshener or air filter in the room! Location is good

My wife and I from Toronto Canada visited our son in Rotorua and stayed at Ripple for five days. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is a quiet oasis close to all the major tourist attractions, with the brook a beautiful and peaceful place to read a book or simply listen to the plentiful birds. The local family who now owns it have the highest of standards and we would recommend staying at Ripple to anyone.

The staff at the hotel , Kara and Chloe, were so personable, knowledgeable about the area and very welcoming. The Brook restaurant made the best breakfast omelettes. Service of breakfast to the room each morning was wonderful. The hotel property is beautiful and is located in a quiet area away from city noise. Yet it was close to everything we wanted to see. If you are in Rotorua, this is the place you will want to stay.

Comfortable beds. Heaps for the children to do. Quiet off the busy roads. Not emergency housing. The checking in procedure was outstanding, and the communication was excellent. We got txt messages to tell us when the room was ready, which was before 2pm.

I only stayed for one night unfortunately and man did I wish I stayed longer. The room and facilities are very comfortable, clean and spacious. The parking was easy to access (matched your room number) and the customer service was amazing (Chole is so awesome). I will definitely return if I come back to Rotorua.

While not a resort with all the amentities , this delightful hotel didn’t disappoint. I appreciated that it had 2 separate bedrooms with a decent kitchen. Everything was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is just north of the main town but directly across the gondola and luge and not far from the Māori cultural experience. Nice playground for children also.
