Lackadaisical staff, ho hum service. Breakfast area tiny -- too small for the size of the hotel. Shower facility a relic of the 1990's. Overall, we will cross off Comfort Inn (and this type of "Choice" hotel from our travel planning. Workout room had one-of-a-kind workout equipment: If someone was using the treadmill, you're out of luck. But you get what you pay for!

We like to stay here when we come to Roseburg. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. You can walk to Elmer's and Five Guys restaurants. It is a short drive to other choices. There is a nice indoor pool. We always enjoy Wildlife Safari.

I had the best experience with Comfort Inn is Roseburg. The room was clean and comfortable. I kept having to add nights as I went along because I was there to be with my mom who was dying and didn’t know when that was going to happen. The hotel front desk staff was always kind and helpful. During my last two days there instead of booking one night at a time I booked two and didn’t end up needing the second night. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My siblings stayed there too in another room. Can’t thank you all enough for being such a wonderful place to stay.

This was a great place to stop for the night. The staff was friendly, and although there was only a five guys burger, joint nearby, which we love, but we had already had In-N-Out for lunch, we were able to order delivery from the local McMenamins. It was delicious. There is also a pool and a hot tub which looked stunningly clean I wish I had brought my swimsuit so I could’ve enjoyed it. but I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through.

I enjoyed Comfort Inn in most things. On the first day, the hot tub was not working, but the staff told me that the repair man did not show up as he was supposed to, but he did show up the next day and everything was great. After a long drive, it was nice to relax in the hot tub. Next time I'm in Roseburg, this is the place we will return

Overall, it was a fine stay. The lady doing breakfast on Monday was efficient and clean. The room was in disrepair a bit (for example, a broken light switch in the bathroom), and poor paint job in the bathroom. Overall, the room needs some refreshing. Breakfast was ok - hot selections including a meat, egg, and waffles.

The manager went above service. Our room was great, set up crib for our little one and blocked of an area for me for our truck and trailer to make sure we could park. Breakfast was fresh, the ladies made sure everything was filled with yummy fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurts and much more.

Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly! I've never been to a hotel where everyone was sincerely kind. Our shower wasn't very clean, hair and dirt in tub. Other than that our stay was great! Thank you!
