Good service. However, I think they need remodeling. Air-condition sound was little loud.

Pros: Property was less expensive than others, close to the freeway and walking distance to Roseburg McMenamins. Seemed to have a nice outdoor space behind property along the river. Cons: Dirty. We expected it to be simple since it was an inexpensive option, but the vinyl floors needed to be swept and mopped (I wiped a spill on the floor and the towel was black with dirt/grime). Also the breakfast offering was not worth it (they offer a to-go bag with some cheap breakfast options for you to pick up from the check-in desk, not good). Lastly, noise heard from the freeway is loud and the metal bed frames creak from the slightest movement, it was almost laughable. Overall, maybe ok if just passing through, but if you’re traveling with kids or have a germ phobia you should spend more money to stay somewhere nicer.

This MOTEL was horrible. The photos online are taken from the back of the property which is next to a pretty river area, hence the name but in reality it is a crappy MOTEL that is listed as a hotel. What you see online is not what you get in real life! When we pulled in, there was a Tweaker yelling right in front of the front doors, walking down the middle of the road. The front desk lady seemed like she was having a hard time even talking and like she was on some thing too maybe. But the biggest issue overall I would say is our room had paper thin walls! The room right next to us had a couple in it that was doing ***** all night and they kept going out for a smoke break and then coming inside and talking about all the ***** they were doing and we could hear them Word for Word laughing and talking about biting and hurting each other and weird crap. It seriously was like there wasn’t a wall! We tried to look for another place to even, but there was nothing available so late that night. Also the highway is right there so you also hear the cars and trucks through the paper thin walls all night and morning too. Neither of us got any rest! Worst place I’ve ever stayed, even over European hostels. I feel duped!

I reserved 2 rooms to be connected but when I checked in the rooms were in different locations. I received an email from you, prior to our stay, requesting the persons name that I wanted to be connected to. Well this did not happen and by the time we checked in, there was nothing available. I also thought we were having River Views. I guess that was my mistake. The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, however, I will never stay at the Inn again. i

Coffee pot broken in room. Hair dryer bolted to wall but no plug to use it. Not able to fry our hair. On Main Street snd very noisy at night. Would not recommend the place. Did not look like the pictures on line.

Its not in a nice area of town. The pictures are misleading and its a very small front of the river. Parking is terrible. Room had a broken shower and bath sink wasn’t draining properly. There was garbage behind the nightstand. We will not visit again.

Dirty and A/C broken. Staff had no other room so offered refund. We left and booked another hotel. I’m the morning manager called and said no refund. Bad business. Please don’t stay here .

Motel was difficult to find, the heat unit was noisy and ran all night but it never got warm. Thin covers so we were COLD all night , very little rest.

Older motel that’s been spruced up abit but sirens all night and limited safe parking
