貝塔登酒店(Bergstadens Hotel og Spa)

Chambre très simple avec fenêtre donnant sur un bâtiment très proche comme vue ! Literie de mauvaise qualité. Salle de bains petite avec abattant de WC cassé. Pizzéria proche appartenant à l'hôtel mais impossible de réserver depuis celui-ci.

It smelled extremly of sewege from our bathroom, which made us wake up both mornings with a headache. We did not get the opportunity to change rooms and all the hotells in Røros was booked, so we had to stay in this awfully smelly room and we did not get any form for compensation for this. Extremely bad customer experience. Don’t stay here!

Really a tiny room with no space to move with an unrealistic price! I though it would not be smaller than budget rooms in Oslo or at least similar to Flam's Fretheim Hotel. I think it would be smarter to do a day trip to Roros and return to Trondheim. The town is simply overpriced even for dining in the town area. If they priced the room by half then it is fair. Err the bathroom cum toilet is a bit too spacious... I can't understand this... If you drive and intend to stay in Toros, there are better hotels a bit outside with swimming pool and gym! Staff are all veey friendly. Thankfully tgey have a lift as they joined a few properties together with endless flights of twist and turn stairs. Breakfast is great! If you happen to stay, do add the breakfast option this os the only thing worthy for the price paid.

We were on a road trip across Scandinavia and Roros was on our way from Borlangen, Sweden. The hotel is centrally located and has access to everything. They have ample parking spots right across the street. The hotel has a nice feel to it and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. We had to leave early in the morning so they started the breakfast before their scheduled time. Overall, a very good place to stay in Roros. P.S. - This is from our stay during Aug'19

Nachdem wir vom Erzscheidergaarden (das wegen auferlegter Coronabeschränkungen von sich aus geschlossen hatte) äußerst kurzfristig in Bergstadens abgeschoben wurden, wurden wir dort als Gäste "zweiter Wahl" an der Rezeption empfangen. Den Standard belegen die Fotos aus dem "Standard"-Zimmer. Ein Tausch des Zimmers war nicht möglich, da andere Zimmer nicht vorbereitet waren. Überhaupt war das Hotel fast leer (03.01.22). Das Frühstücksbuffet bot allerdings einige lokale Spezialitäten, war insgesamt sehr reichhaltig. Kaffee gab es am Automaten wie üblich, ein Pott Filterkaffee aus dem Thermobehälter war mit 65 NOK extra ausgepreist!
