The property was great. Whoever the guy manning the front desk on 8/25/23, was AWOL. Couldn't find the man for almost an hour. Had the room next to me, an alarm kept blaring in the room next to me at 4am, and NO one was turning it off. The phone in the room is nothing more than a prop. Left my room tried the phone in the hallway, no answer. Went to the lobby, the couple of people waiting on the shuttle hadn't seen him either. Just the sign "back in five." I decided to head back to my room only to realize I left my wallet there for my key, in the room. Went back down, waited for the shuttle driver. He looked around, couldn't find the man. Told me to go to the location next door, same company. The Lady next door was VERY helpful, she tried calling him and using their walkie talkie still no answer. She called various people, finally after 20 minutes she tried the walkie again. This time he answered, sounding like someone getting woken up and didn't GAF. She explained the situation, he said he'd be there shortly. After walking back from the other hotel, I still had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to show up. While pissed, one look told me this guy didn't care. I could be his boss and fire him on the spot and I'm guessing he'd have danced out the door. I didn't want to escalate the situation, I just wanted back in my room. Lucky by this time the person's alarm had stopped going off, but I was awake and this totally ruined my day. I'll be avoiding four points.

The hotel was overbooked. We had to take a room with a king bed for two adults and two children. When we were given the key to the room and proceeded to open the door, the key would not work. We had a loud voice scream at us,”. This room is occupied already “.

I selected this hotel off ******* and I had two teenagers traveling with me. Two of the main things that are their favorites are indoor pools & the continental breakfasts. The pictures of the pool and everything about this hotel looked wonderful. After we checked in and got settled in we realized the pool was not open. It said there was a restaurant at the hotel, so I thought great we’ll go and eat… The restaurant was not open. At least we had continental breakfast to look forward in the morning… No continental breakfast. I was told we could walk next door to the Embassy suites and eat breakfast there for $12.00. If I had known all of these things through *******, I would not have reserved a room at this hotel. I would’ve gone next-door to the Embassy suites where the rate was the same if not a bit cheaper. I asked the only girl working the front desk on a Saturday night about these amenities and she said they have been informing ******* for four years that these were not available. 4 years!!! I’m actually going to contact you for either a full refund or a discount on my room because I had to end up paying out breakfast for three people which I had actually budgeted into the cost of my room, and the rest just for the actual misrepresentation, and the outrageous rate that I was charged.
