羅馬雄偉酒店(Hotel Majestic Roma)

SCAM. Booked 3 nights through “***********” with PayPal payment option. Confirmed email received. I’m now standing outside with my family and kids in tow and they are CLOSED! This is during Easter weekend when all hotels in Rome is sold out. We are now scrambling to find a place to stay.

We booked to stay at this lovely hotel in April 2022 for our honeymoon. We booked through *********** and were asked to pay the total fee to confirm the booking which we did. Three days after we paid in full, the hotel cancelled our booking completely and are not responding to any requests for a refund! Disappointed is an understatement as we are now not able to book a new hotel for our honeymoon until we receive a refund!

I was introduced to the Majestic by a friend who had stayed there a number of times, and I quickly saw why. A lovely hotel with excellent rooms and service. Faisal and his team on the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The Majestic makes a welcome change from the "brand" hotels and I will certainly be going back

This hotel deserves 5 stars. It has luxury European style with amazing marble floor and walls. I stayed in suite with view of main street in Feb 2020. I am rating it at four seasons hotel level. Well deserved! The hotel location is amazing walking distance to all hot touristic spots. Even shuttle bus to Castle Romano outlet is steps away. Their lift is very antique and unique it reminds me of old style lifts. BF was very good with different choices.

We had a prepaid noncancellable reservation for one night on August 28, 2021. Excited about returning after a wonderful stay 15 years ago. We got to the hotel and the doors were locked. No advance notice via email or text. When we called the hotel number, just a message that the hotel was “not operational due to an outbreak”. Would have thought a message to guests who were paying $500+ per night would have been in order. Instead we were literally at the curb with our bags. Understand these are difficult times but notice when this happened was obviously needed.

Abbiamo festeggiato la prima Comunione di mia figlia ed è stato un sogno! Grande servizio, gentilezza del personale disponibilità, cortesia e location meravigliosa. Non potevano desiderare di più! Grazie di cuore per questa giornata indimenticabile che ci avete fatto trascorrere e che ricorderemo per sempre!
