The hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable. I was visiting Rome for a tennis tournament and the hotel was very conveniently located away for the busy in town streets of Rome. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Breakfast was great and on time and a wide variety of items were available. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Rome area for business or pleasure.

Booked this hotel as decent rate and decent reviews, was clean, staff was great, room was clean and neat, breakfast was pretty good, bed was comfy, easy to get to and was pretty quiet also, close enough to different things, would stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. This is why we always choose a holiday inn hotel!

Property was fine. Not as nice as the last couple of Holiday Inn Express’ I’ve stayed in but it was ok. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only things didn’t like was sofa was stained a bit and the A/C was a bit loud. Everything else was fine.

Property and room were all very well maintained, clean and very high quality. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious food.

Would definitely stay here again! We arrived late and when we got there the staff already had our paperwork and process started! They were friendly and energetic! They absolutely should be given an atta girl for the tremendous job they do! Rooms were clean and amazing and breakfast was great! I’d recommend this hotel over and over! Great job guys!!!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. The bedding was new and was like sleeping on a cloud. Short folks might have slight difficulty climbing on bed. I'm 5'3" and it took a little effort to climb up on bed. Prefer walk in shower to the tub shower in our room. Breakfast was above average with delicious cinnamon buns. Disappointed to see that having gold status in rewards membership is no longer acknowledged. I can remember times when you were thanked for being a gold member and they'd even ring a bell. The front desk clerk was courteous but all business and no personal interaction. Would stay here again however.

Front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to be kind to us.

I am finding the cleanliness is getting worse year by year. I have gone to this hotel for years but will try something else next time
