伊克諾旅館-近密蘇里科技大學(Econo Lodge Rolla I-44 Exit 184 Near Missouri University of Science and Technology)

I booked this for the same day. Since it was 2 am it automatically went to the next day. I did not need this for the next day. At first the location would not answer the phone so I could make this change. Once they did, they refused to change the date. So they stole over $70 from me by refusing to make a simple change 5 minutes after booking this. What a total scam. They could have easily made this change so I could sleep instead of driving 2 hours almost asleep on the road because after that I couldn’t afford to book another property. The reviews are terrible-dirty sheets and many other things. Why is ******* using a property like this?

I checked in late about 3am was woke up by housekeeping at 7:45 then at 10 I was reminding again check out was at 11 then 10:45 they was knocking on the door to let me know once Again that check out was 11. I would have thought since I checked in so late that some consideration would have been giving. Very tan down n dirty

BED BUGS AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, 2 Adult bedbugs seen quickly in room and saw 2 in the lobby after finding the 2 in our room. under beds were very dirty aswell.

The pictures are definitely misleading looks like they've remodeled one or two rooms and the rest are still outdated. We reserved a queen size room and asked for it to be on the ground level and once we got there it was on the second level on the back side of the building so we had to walk upstairs and being disabled. We asked to switch to a different room that was on the ground level and told it was more charge. The bed wasn't that bad but everything is still outdated unlike the photos that are on the website.

We found partially eaten french bread in our top dresser drawer. It was from April 7th. So the room is not cleaned well. We also found hair clips by the end on the left in one of our rooms. Also there is no breakfast, even though its still advertised with complimentary breakfast.

Its filthy ac didn’t work non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke rude people. Would not refund my money.
