落基山莊坎納塔酒店(Canalta Rocky Mountain House)

Not busy the night we stayed there so no crowds for breakfast and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. And it was a very quiet night. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The fireplace functioned well. Overall we give it top marks.

Very disappointing that the pool & hot tub were both closed when we checked in but did open Friday in time for the weekend. The breakfast provided was fine & the place was clean. Will look for other hotels in the area for our next stay as this place is not worth the money charged this time around when you can't access the pool for 2 nights.

I called the hotel in the morning on our check in date and had rather unpleasant experience talking with Tatyana. The reason I called was because I wanted to make sure we get a pet friendly room because we decided to bring our dog. Knowing that the hotel was pet friendly I called and asked to confirm we can have a pet friendly room. The answer was yes, but for some reason Tatyana told me at least three times that there was no note about a pet on the reservation. She didn’t explain why she kept saying it but the whole impression was that I didn’t do what I should have and she sounded rather irritated. I realize that perhaps I gave a short notice for bringing my dog and they were sold out but I was told I would get a pet friendly room. We stayed in room 201 located beside the pool area and right on top of breakfast room. Noise from the pool until 10 pm was fine but the smell of something greasy being cooked at 6 am was pretty bad when I opened the window. I had to close in 3 minutes as our room was filled with that smell right away. This was our second stay at Canalta RMH and we usually find that the staff is very friendly and our checking in and checking out experience was pleasant both times.

Property is well kept, room was well appointed, hot tub and pool area very nice, hot tub was extremely clean and hot, loved it. Breakfast was nice, good hot items and lots of other choices.

I did notice that housekeeper is not paying attention to the appearances of making the bed. No bed skirt should be on the floor as we were in aroom with 2 queen beds. Both bed skirts were a mess Not a great appearance. Tks.

The hotel and staff were lovely. ******* misrepresented them. The room I expected was not what was booked. I did not have a spa in my room. I cancelled the reservation and went to a different hotel that ******* didn’t lie to me about.

This is a fantastic stop for a trip to the mountains. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. They even let us check in an hour early!

Staff are nice to the customer and clean surroundings

Very clean hotel overall. Had excellent breakfast that was available early. Located next to Boston Pizza.
