舒適酒店-羅克蘭波士頓(Comfort Inn Rockland - Boston)

I reserved and paid in advance for two separate double room for four travelers. Instead I was given two rooms with one king bed each. After over an hour of waiting, I received one king room with a layout sofa bed. Although the hotel is a non-smoking hotel, the second room we received after waiting over an hour was a double room with a very bad musty, bleach, smoke smell. No alternative was given. So I took one king room and had to book an extra room at another hotel to accommodate our fourth traveler. The front desk receptionist offered a $59 credit per room. I was told we would have to contact ********** to credit our credit card.

Check in was excellent- the staff is wonderful. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel needs a refurbishment. The rooms are clean, but very dated. The shower was not up to modern standards. Hotel staff were helpful and polite.

Property looked nice, Room had gnats. Thought it was one or two but they kept coming. On second night received a phone call at 8pm asking if I had vacated the room, as my belongings were still there. I explained my reservation was for 3 nights not 1. When I returned Saturday night my keys did not work they had been reprogrammed. Upon checking out clerk required verification of ******* receipt for proof of payment.

The hotel is dated and i don't think much can be done about that. Not too many dining options close by. This is a place to stay for one night.

At our arrival at 5pm, our room was not ready for us to go to. We had to wait for our room to be ready.

The hotel is becoming a migrant housing and will no longer be taking guests as of 10/29/23

Polite professional staff felt welcomed and appreciated from check in and throughout stay.

Unsafe, noisy, management that cant handle bad customers. Who were making troubles and noises until 5 am.
