羅克福德萬怡酒店(Courtyard Rockford)

第一個房間的安全（？）鎖壞了，沒有電視遙控器，電話也不能用。我們要求搬到另一個房間。第二個房間的淋浴控制壞了。當我試圖打開它時，它在我手中分崩離析！我要去參加我媽媽的追悼會，不得不洗個澡！！當我在結賬時把壞掉的淋浴控制帶到桌子上時，我被告知他們無法補償我，因為我使用在線服務預訂！！！！我正在重新考慮使用 Trip.com 進行未來預訂！！！

La estadia estuvo en General bien, pero la limpieza de la habitación, estuvo deficiente, el hecho principal es que durante TODA mi estadía estuve sin jabonería en mi habitación, no hay forma que el equipo de limpieza se diera cuenta de esa situación ni tampoco de como avisar

My room was clean as I desired and the beds are extremely comfortable. I was also upgraded to a king suite to my request for a room on the 1st floor.

Didn’t tell us about paying for breakfast in advanced so was not able to get breakfast at 8am. Hotel room was trash and stains on sheets.

This was the best temperature controlled room I have ever been in. Never fluctuated which made for a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed.

We checked into our room only to find it was like a sauna in there with the heat blasting. We could not adjust it, so I went to the front desk to let them know. They moved us to the room next door. The heat did not work in that room, so back to the front desk and was told maintenance would work on it. I told her we would not be back until late since we were in town for a concert at the BMO Center. When we returned around 11:30, there was a note on our door for me to go to the front desk. I was told that the air had been fixed in our original room, so we moved back to our original room. We got in there and the air conditioning was blasting and it was 61 degrees in our room. I was getting pretty upset and went back to the desk. The manager came up to our room to see if he could adjust the temperature, but was unsuccessful, so we said we would go back to the second room again. He gave me new keys, I went up to unlock the room and the keys did not work. So back to the desk for new keys. We got into the room and found it was chilly in there since it was 35 degrees outside. This was the room with no heat. Back to the desk. We were moved to a new room that was supposed to be clean, but wasn’t. I wanted to move to a new hotel, but by now it was 12:30. I was told that there was nothing they could do about refunding my money or getting me a room at a different hotel since I booked through a 3rd party. We ended up staying in the room with no heat. Worst hotel stay ever!

The room smelled musty and the towels and sheets not the cleanest. Very friendly stay.. expected better for the rate

The commode was not functional and the lobby bathrooms had no hand towels. We now rate this chain with Days Inn - which means never again
