Great customer service and cleanliness

I booked this hotel based on all the 10 out of 10 reviews for the property. My daughter and I were traveling to Rochester for her to be seen at the Mayo Clinic and were thrilled to find a hotel that had a separate living area/ bedroom and a shuttle to the clinic. Pros - the staff was very nice and helpful throughout our 9 day stay, having the living space separate from the bedroom area was so nice for such a long stay, parking was never an issue and location was good for getting back and forth from the Mayo Clinic. Cons - we had to change rooms three times - once due to horrible neighbors which apparently had been an ongoing issue at the hotel and then the next room they put us in the TV’s were not working and finally the 3rd room didn’t have bad neighbors and the TV’s worked. In each room cleanliness was an issue - the couch/recliners had crusted food on them which I ended up scrubbing out with a washcloth so could/should have been taken care of by housekeeping, kitchen area was never swept and the cupboards were not wiped down. The decor, as depicted in the photos of the property, is dated. The showers were also a bit dated- peeling paint on the ceiling. We didn’t end using the shuttle and didn’t eating at the breakfast.

QI has the best beds ever. Comfy! The suite was very clean with all amenities plus a wonderful, delicious breakfast was wait for us in the morning. Overall, very satisfied.

Christopher the evening was efficient and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The facility was clean. The mattress was comfortable. Grab bar in the, bath tub along with a full sized non-slip mat. Breakfast included all the pastries, waffle machine, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, milk, coffee. the breakfast bar was kept clean and restocked.

Convenient location for Mayo appoin**ents. Not the biggest breakfast, but we got what we needed. I felt like the walls could use some new paint, pretty dirty in places in the room. The shower grout needed redone around the grab bar.

Had doctor's visit at Mayo Clinic. This is a great deal for the price and the rooms - living area and bedroom and bathroom. I will stay here every time I have to come to Mayo Clinic. They have shuttle service to take you to and from the clinic at no charge. Good place to stay for cost, comfort, convenance. Also, close to shopping malls and restaurants.

The room (a business suite) was very spacious. It had updated bath and fixtures. Very comfortable for time away.

I loved staying here. I come almost every weekend to see my fiancé. Room is nice and always feels like home.
