very poor breakfast, poor service

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and parking is free. The room is comfortable for two people and has a very nice kitchenette with clean counters and clean inside of the refrigerator. The Grab and Go Breakfast had coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars and was freshly stocked each morning and the area was clean. There was a nice laundry area should you need one. They take cleaning seriously.

We stayed here for one month and will stay here every time we are back in town. Our suite was wonderful and well stocked with pots/pans, silverware, dishes and bath/cleaning necessities. The staff were wonderful, and helpful at every turn. Room was spacious and clean...cleaning services were excellent. Just a superb hotel and a great rate!

I enjoyed friendly conversation with the night drsk person (lady) who checked me in and helped me with key malfunctioning. It was peaceful and decent priced and I didn't feel like i was in the ghetto, as i did at my last hotel.

There’s cockroaches it’s dirty and the staff besides Sherri, missy, and the overnight gentlemen are kind. Everyone even the site manager is rude they yell at you if you’re here for Mayo and are very sick to fully take out your garbage so you apologize and leave it in the hall. I was coughing up blood the comment by Tim and his horrible wife were you should go to a doctor ( I’m here for Mayo Clinic) they don’t care if your sick they don’t care if your a guest paying they don’t care. They don’t have people that want to work there so they’re extremely understaffed. Sadly illegally the overnight person is alone and could get assaulted or robbed they don’t care. It’s dusty there’s bugs everywhere I heard break outs of lice. Safe your money go to a microtel near by at least it will be semi decent. Oh btw no warm breakfast and the coffee has mold in it but they don’t care it’s dirty just rinse it out. The manager Mike doesn’t mind yelling at you for over 15 minutes he doesn’t care he says he’s running a business. All they want is your money and to leave that’s it and to not bother them god forbid you run into Nuro she will sit in her phone and ignore you at the desk seeking help they still employ her because they have no one else that wants to work there. I called corporate to complain, they sent an email to Mike he proceeded to yell at me. He said he took pictures of the garbage I apologized I left in the hall. I’m coughing up blood and they’re yelling at me. Do you really want to stay at this place find live in your hair find cockroaches in your bathtub or bed? For they’re priced? Motel 6 is cleaner.

As an extended stay hotel this establishment is a step above most. We were there for treatment at the Mayo Clinic. The service by the manager, Mike, and the other staff was excellent. They went way beyond what you normally receive at a hotel. Also, we did not have a car in Rochester but there was a Target Grocery Store within walking distance. They also had a shuttle which took up to our appointments.

One of the light fixtures had a broken switch, everything else worked properly.

The room is clean and very comfortable. They didn’t stock the kitchen with eating utensils and I had to call the front desk to have them delivered. The receptionist didn’t seem to keen on doing that. I am a disabled man and I’m sorry but I cannot run up and down hallways to get what I need.

The front desk agent who checked us in was very knowledgeable and help. Will definitely stay there again
