巴林德里羅伯遜旅館(Ballinderry, the Robertson Guest House)

Hilde & Luc haben ein kleines Paradies geschaffen: Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liebevoll ausgestattet und ein wunderbarer Garten mit Pool. Wir haben die Möglichkeit genutzt, abends bei Hilde & Luc zu essen. Hilde kann wundervoll und sehr professionell kochen. Der Preis für das dreigängige Abendessen sowie den Wein war mehr als fair - absolut zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank, Hilde & Luc, für eure Gastfreundschaft :-)

Mooi rustig gelegen guesthouse in Robertson, gerund door een lief Belgisch echtpaar. We hebben hier ook ‘s avonds gedineerd wat zalig was ! Ontbijt was ook prima. Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat onze kamer erg klein was.

Ons “ vaste” rustpunt tijdens doorreis, vanuit Kruger,Swaziland,kleine Karoo. Zo heerlijk even bijkomen bij Luc en Hilde in hun prachtige tuin met allemaal privé plekjes Voelen ons zeer welkom en Hilde is een topkok !

We had such a good experience in March 2023 that we booked again this year. We were so pleased that we returned, it confirmed that we had made the right choice and it was even better this year. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, a large bathroom, excellent breakfasts with a good choice. Luc and Hilde are excellent welcoming hosts with extensive local knowledge. Hillde's evening meals make the journey and visit well worth while. We hope to go back again on our next visit to South Africa.

We stayed only one night but we enjoyed every minute. The owners, Hilde and Luc took so good care of us. We even had a fantastic 3 course dinner. Hilde cooked and Luc served us. This place is a gem, nicely renovated with a very good taste. Beautiful garden and pool area. We spent the hole time inside the property. We definitely have to come back!

BALLINDERRY was a real find and provided a wonderful stay for us meeting up with friends who were equally impressed. Rooms spacious and the garden a real asset. The major surprise and memory was the evening meal provided by Hide which was exceptional and would beat any five star gourmet restaurant. Altogether most memorable

Lovely guest house with a beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Luc and Hilde very welcoming and Hilde’s cooking sublime. The Robertson valley vineyards are also definitely worth a visit - quieter than the ones nearer Franschhoek, the wines are definitely as good.

Our second visit to Ballinderry , this time with some old friends whom we thought would enjoy the experience(which they did) . Luc and Hilde are the most engaging of hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble and make you feel thoroughly at home. The accommodation is of a very high standard and the beds are extremely comfortable . There is an excellent swimming pool within a beautifully maintained garden where there is plenty of room to relax. The supper prepared by Hilde is of a very high standard and is worth travelling a long way to experience. This is a guest house right out of the very top drawer . We will be back!

Very clean, comfortable and homely feel. Beautiful pool and garden. Breakfast was perfect and the honesty bar a bonus. Hosts very friendly and attentive. Rooms have all amenities and comforts. Stayed for business so couldn’t spend all day here but I wish I could’ve done! Cannot recommend enough!
