里奧加耶戈斯公寓式酒店(Amerian Rio Gallegos Apart & Suites)

Estoy alojada en el hotel, envié a lavar mis camisas y me las devolvieron limpias pero amasadas y sin planchar, parecen tres trapos. Bajé a que me dieran una solución, y la recepcionista me dice que no es problema del hotel, que es un asunto de la lavandería a la que manda el hotel a lavar las cosas. Le pregunto que "cómo pretende el hotel que un pasajero que viene por trabajo y que manda a lavar sus camisas las reciba en ese estado?" y la recepcionista me responde "señora no sea desubicada", y nuevamente que hable con la encargada que va a estar mañana de mañana. Yo tengo que seguir trabajando mañana de mañana, y no tengo una camisa presentable para ponerme. Le pido una plancha a la mucama, quien muy amablemente me trae lo que hay en el hotel, que es una plancha diminuta sin vapor. El hotel me va a cobrar por un trabajo mal hecho y que tengo que terminar yo como puedo con una plancha que parece de juguete. A todo esto agrego, el desayuno es incomible. Los productos que ponen son de la más baja calidad, la mermelada parece un gelatina corrediza sin fruta, las medialunas son incomibles, y hasta ahí probé. Me fui a desayunar al Café Martínez, que por otro lado es a donde te manda la recepcionista que se lava las manos de todo. Hoy pedí agua con gas y me respondió "lo que está disponible es lo que hay en las habitaciones, si quiere otra cosa, puede comprar en el Café Martínez". Vengo todos los años en febrero/marzo por trabajo y me quedo en el Hotel Patagonia, donde nunca tenés un problema, saben tratar a la gente, y si necesitás algo hacen todo lo que pueden para ayudarte, y sin mandás lavar, te devuelven tu ropa impecable y en perchas, no hecha un trapo y en una bolsa como aquí. Esta vez no había disponibilidad y reservé en el Amerian. Nunca más.

Nos dejaron una chochera bajo techo. El apartamento estaba limpio. El servicio de uber es muy bueno en el area. Fuimos a comer al centro a La Luna donde nos recomendo Alvaro, muy buen anfitrión.

El hotel es bueno y está muy bien ubicado, a pasos del centro y de los restaurantes clásicos de la ciudad. Buena habitación. Cuenta con parking. Desayuno correcto. Es destacable el servicio de todo el personal del hotel, muy hospitalarios y cordiales.

The Amérian Hotel is located in the centre of unimpressive Rio Gallegos. The hotel was built in 1990 and offers 74 rooms over 4 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide an acceptable atmosphere. Staffs are friendly. We had a room on the 4th floor back side, as the road appears to be noisy. The adequately furnished & decorated room had desk & chair, fridge, flat-screen TV’s, wardrobe & safe, and tea & coffee making facility. The room had a good king-size bed, and a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. All was clean. Windows can be opened. Free Wi-Fi Internet. A buffet breakfast is served with an OK variety: scrambled eggs, cold cuts & cheese, bread & toast, cereals, milk & yoghurt, fruit juice, rolls & croissants, a choice of pastries, tea & coffee. We found the Amérian Hotel Rio Gallegos comfortable, and we had a good stay.

alles sehr funktionell und gut Super nettes Personal Zimmer sind sehr bequem und gut Preisleistung ist total in Ordnung Leider hatten wir kein Parkplatz Mann konnte im Restaurant, direkt daneben, bestellen.

El hotel cumple las habitaciones son cómodas, modernas y los baños completos. Al momento que fuimos no funcionaba el desayunador y nos sirvieron el desayuno en la habitación lo cual no fue muy cómodo. Cuenta con estacionamiento pero no hay personal para ayudar con las valijas

Second time staying at this wonderful hotel on the way to and from another destination. Receptionists are warm and welcoming. Room was a little more tired than the last time, but overall very pleasant, comfortable and excellent value for money. Breakfast was quite varied, but limited on hot options. Seems the hotel are due to update this part of the hotel. The only improvement would be to not have heating turned up full in the rooms on arrival - this must be a big waste of energy.

We arrived very early, and the receptionist was able to offer a room well before check in. That was very kind after a long bus journey. In general the customer service skills of the reception team at this hotel is exceptional; especially the lady on in the mornings, and the gentleman in the evenings. The room was fresh and modern, with a nice bed, linen and towels. We were only really passing through, but there are a number of restaurant options and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was of average quality, but good enough overall. The breakfast room is out of keeping with the rest of the hotel, though it appears the hotel are going to renovate this space. The lobby and toilets are very clean, as is the hotel more generally. The hotel could be a bit more eco-friendly - the heating in both the bedroom and bathroom was turned up very high on arrival. We had to open windows to cool it down.
