Second time to stay in the hotel. Facilities are good, professional staff, good service. There’s a nice restaurant just beside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for all people

Oh my word this place is like a nigh**are! It makes outdated look outdated! Beds pillows and linen are just horrific, the bathrooms are old and ugly! The tv is so small I felt like I was trying to watch a laptop from my bed and there is ONLY German tv, considering a hotel would generally have foreigners it would have been amazing to just have one channel in English! The breakfast was terrible! I could not wait to leave this place and I’m so glad I never have to go back!

Mittlerweile war ich schon das 3. Mal in Mercure Hotel Riesa. Ein sehr schönes, komfortabel ausgestattestes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundliche, umsichtig und haben stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Diesmal habe ich ein Upgrade auf eine der Suiten bekommen - Sensationell. Vielen Dank dafür und bis zum nächsten Mal

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer sauber und geräumig, Zimmermädels immer höflich, Klimaanlage am Zimmer, Parkplatz gegen 5€/Tag reservierbar, u.v.m. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus. Einzig die Matratze in meinem Bett war sehr weich.

Der Aufenthalt war wieder klasse. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen spitze. Wird haben uns wieder richtig wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt. Freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Jahr.

Hat mir gut gefallen. Ein nicht Raucher hotel find ich immer sehr gut 👍 und die Strafe die man zahlt wenn sich nicht dranhält find ich gut

Hôtel très propre, personnel impeccable et correct, propreté des lieux, chambres très confortables. Accueil très professionnel et chaleureux. Personnel compétent et réactif aux demandes. Hôtel très bien situé pour effectuer des excursions touristiques régionales. Point de départ idéal pour visiter Dresden, gare ferroviaire à proximité. A découvrir Meissen et sa porcelaine. Je n'en dis pas plus, à vous prochains visiteurs de découvrir
