The facility was near the freeway making it very easy to find. This was the first time I have taken time to in three years. Although the breakfast that was included was enjoyable after checking out I mentioned to a staff member that I would return with a cash tip. When I arrived back I entered the office left tip with a different male staff membered and left. Traveling with another disabled veteran who was waiting in vehicle. That is when a female staff member came running out to stop us. I was under the impression that she was going to give thanks for returning. Unfortunately she started yelling and accusing that some kind of soap something or other was taken. I didn't really understand because some other person was shouting down to her in a foreign language from the second floor. She last said that my credit card would be charged so I just said fine and continued on to our next destination. I felt both embarrassed and confused about this occurring in front of the office and other guests! Needless to say that my first visit to the state of Utah, left me with a disappointing feeling of that hotel's staff members training.

We arrived at 2:30am and we’re leaving at 7:30am so this was just to sleep. Due to it just being to sleep it was fine. Would I stay here for a vacation? Noooo. But for a quick sleep it gets the job done. There were stains on the blankets and mattress. The blankets were icky and outdated. I even found a dead fly under the mattress. Personally, we didn’t care since it was for 5 hours of sleep after working 6 hours, flying across the country after work and then driving 3 hours from Salt Lake City. Any bed would have sufficed after all that. The mini fridge was nice that was a perk for us to keep our drinks cold for the next day. The guy at the front desk was also super kind. We enjoyed the free breakfast. It was basic plain bagels, an apple and yogurt but it’s all we needed to get going. It was only 20 minutes from Mystic Hot Springs which is why we stayed here.

I booked this hotel based on its ratings and I’m glad I did! It was very clean and even smelled fresh and clean. All the staff were very friendly

Well kept for an older hotel building. The front desk staff who checked me in was so kind and professional and helpful! Thank you!

Everything was okay. I did notice the dust needed to be cleaned from behind the furniture the TV was on.

Warm not hot water for showers parking spaces small hard to get in and out of vehicle and parking lot is full

The room was decent but small. Hot water was enough for 1 bath then waited and hour and then it was a cold shower and it 35 degrees outside. Not a happy guest.

Served it's purpose for a one night stop during our road trip. Love that it's pet friendly, but a fee of $20 per pup. Free breakfast.
