Staff was helpful, polite and friendly ☺️😄 Had a couple small hiccups but they resolved them immediately. Definitely go back and would refer others!!! Great price, great location and great suite!!! Thank you!

Me encanta hospedar siempre aquí Es muy limpio y los trabajadores muy amables. Talvez lo único que esta vez no me gustó es que estaban platicando las de limpieza de cuartos y no me dejaban dormir como entre 9 am y 10 am. Además tuve que cambiar el cuarto porque olía mucho a cigarro ( entiendo que no es culpa del hotel ya que no pueden controlar a los inquilinos que fuman) Todo lo demás me encanta el precio además es excelente

My room had an awkward smell upon entry, my room phone did not work at all that is unsafe & very inconvenient I called & reported it was never fixed , my balcony light never worked , the toilet paper was the cheapest toilet ever & was very uncomfortable to use , we couldn’t utilize all entrance even with the key card bc doors were in operable. Was told it was a $50 deposit to get there & it was really 100. The thermostat worked but even on cool the room was super hot & humid @ night. Only enjoyed the beautiful nice lady at the front desk

This property was rated 3-star. I have stayed at 2 1/2 star facilities that were better. No real amenities. One has to pay for any breakfast or lobby coffee. That's a joke. Bed was very lumpy and pillows did not have any filling. Hence, not much rest.

Reduced service hotel. No maid service, you have to put towels and trash in hall. Add $100. At ck in "to cover incidentals" that will be refunded 3-5 days after ck out. Carpets worn and torn.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Our room was never cleaned even though we asked for it to be cleaned twice. We also asked for clean towels and never received them. We had to drive to my boyfriend’s mother’s house to borrow some of hers. There were also several shady characters roaming around at night. We won’t stay here again even though it was very inexpensive.

I was there a total of 5 days. The first 2 days were great. On day 3 my AC stopped working. I requested to have my room cleaned twice, it did not happen. I also requested more coffee, cups and towels, I did not get the towels and the coffee I was given was for a different coffee pot. The gym had very limited equipment and most of the weights were gone. It’s very sad because the facility looks new and is nice but with this level of service it can go down very quickly. Most of the front desk staff were nice but at night they were often gone. I can only blame these things on poor management.
