温德姆賴斯湖畔麥客達酒店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rice Lake)

Although the room was clean the quality of this hotel has gone down over the years. We typically stay here once a year for an event in town, this will be our last stay. Be mindful that when booking the room, the pictures of the room do not match up to the room you get. The hotel failed to put salt on the side walks after an ice storm came through town while we were there. The employees chose to smoke right outside the main entrance, and the room directly above us had a squeaky bed which we had to listen to our first night. Very disappointed...

We were disappointed in our stay. Very noisy fan running all night, one tv didn't work correctly with remote, tub drain didn't drain..... we brought it up with front desk and they said they're werent any fans that were running??? The rest of it wasnt of her concern either.

Staff checked in a family in room 101 next to our room 103 sometime between 1 and 3 am Very noisy

Very comfortable bed! Clean. Courteous staff. Omelette for breakfast was a great option!

a little pricey for the size of the room. Wish they had a refrigerator and microwave for that price

First the price was high for what we got. We had gotten a handicap room for my fragile elderly mother who's almost 92. The beds were so high she wasn't able to get into them and took a fall trying to get into bed at 4:30 am after using the bathroom. Yes, she did hurt herself and bled after banging her arm on the stand between the beds and had gotten bruising. If she was in a wheelchair she wouldn't have been able to get into the bed becauseof the height. The shower is handicap but no where to put your shampoo and soap. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain and the sink drain is very slow. Our room number was 110. We could hear and feel someone running around in the room above us. There is no where to put a curling iron on when in use in the bathroom. It wasn't a good stay at all.

Very convenient location. Good stay for the price.

I found a food container that was left from the last person, the elevator was not working.

Everything in this hotel is in very good condition. The staff is amazing, and are very accomodating.
