Koselig hotell med hyggelig betjening. Rolig område kort vei til en nydelig strand. Ca 15 min å gå inn til gamlebyen. Fant noen gode restauranter i nærområde.

We arrived and had an average welcome. The property itself is in a great location and only a 30 min walk from Rhodes Old Town. The owner Franc and his wife do a fantastic job of running the hotel. Breakfast: Was average and food was bearable. Chicken nuggets / croissants etc Accommodation: The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Room was made up every 1-2 days. Walls are quite thin and could hear people snoring / banging around. Location: A very quick 30 minutes drive from the airport with easy street parking. It’s situated bang in the middle of a residential area. With businesses running opposite, so don’t expect it to be quiet. There is a motorbike repair shop and a glaziers. Pool: Is a very small area with minimum sunshine. Did not go into pool as time of year was a little chilly. We opted for Faliraki beach which was only 20 min drive. Summary: Not much to grumble about but if you want a peaceful nights sleep then look elsewhere. 6/10

Let me recount my stay at Comfort Hotel Apar**ents in Rhodes, a tale of highs and lows. Initially, everything seemed splendid as we were greeted by a charming receptionist and settled into a lovely room. Our excitement was palpable. However, as days passed, a change occurred. The receptionist we had come to know suddenly vanished, leaving us in the hands of the hotel owner's family. Regrettably, they spoke neither German nor English, leading to communication barriers that dampened our experience. To make matters worse, during one of the housekeeping rounds, our room was overlooked. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issue remained unresolved until the intervention of the hotel manager, five days later. Needless to say, this oversight was disappointing and cast a shadow over our initial positive impressions. As our departure day approached, we requested a slightly later check-out time due to a late evening flight. To our astonishment, the response we received was disheartening. The hotel staff offered us an exorbitant rate of 65 euros for the extension, a stark contrast to the 45 euros we paid per night. Such an unexpected and unreasonable charge left a bitter taste in our mouths. In sum, our stay at Comfort Hotel Apar**ents in Rhodes was a mixture of delightful moments and regrettable incidents. While the room and initial reception were pleasing, the language barrier, the oversight in room cleaning, and the unjustified fee for a late check-out marred our overall experience. With some improvements in communication and service, this hotel has the potential to truly provide comfort and satisfaction to its guests in the future.

Stayed in the apar**ent block next door and visited Comfort Inn for the breakfast (6 euros, fairly decent value) and an evening drink (good local beer and great service). Can’t comment on the rooms etc but staff are all very nice.

We prepaid our stay, as the requirements. The site stated that we could cancel up to 3 days prior. Sometimes things happen outside our control We cancelled 14days prior They have only refunded €14 out of €1400 Totally unprofessional and disgusting when they make your stay NON REFUNDABLE! Their website and platform still shows cancellation valid We approach both parties, *********** and COMFORT HOTEL. They both blame each other for no refund How can a business, when no service has been rendered not refund our money We understand holding a fee for administration! Great for one night when getting ferry to Symi in the morning

Hotel a mezz'ora di cammino dal centro storico di Rodi. Difficoltà di comunicare con il personale presente. La stanza dataci, non era quella prenotata, ma un appartamento con 2 camere da letto, un piccolo angolo cottura ed una grande terrazza all'ultimo piano. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, le stanze erano grandi con aria condizionata e discreta pulizia, il letto comodo. La colazione veramente minimale con pochi prodotti e assenza dello yogurt, un prodotto rinomato in Grecia. Prezzo basso.

Hotel Vecchio , con camere arredate male , divano rotto , letto scomodo e senza toghe . Cucina impresentabile. Personale molto poco gentile mi da una camera con un frigo che non poteva essere aperto dalla puzza e con la serratura della porta rotta che non poteva essere chiusa a mandate e si rifiutano di cambiarci stanza. Comunicazione con loro faticosa , capiscono poco l'inglese e fanno fatica a capire creando problemi di organizzazione. Colazione davvero scarsa con pochi alimenti dolci ( croissant e ciambellone per lo più) ma basta sul salato ; per lo più cibo surgelato o conservato in frigo da giorni. Non consiglio a nessun italiano di andarci anche perché nelle vicinanze c'è qualche albergo molto più carino allo stesso prezzo.
