真的很好，舒適的地方！酒店正前方有一個美味的比薩餅，很容易在那邊走來走去。

Suite design is not desirable in my opinion. The sitting area is nice, however the shower and separate toilet are facing the bed which makes it more disturbing if one is sleeping and the other goes to the bathroom. we were staying for two nights, upon coming back from full day visit to national park we found the room not serviced, we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. upon first checked in we found no shampoo so tried to call but the phone has no housekeeping button so we pressed front desk which took three calls waiting for 10 more rings without answer. All signs indicated hotel needs better management and or more sufficient staff.

Booked room 215 from Friday to Monday. Upon checking in the staff has been nothing but friendly. The front lobby and grounds are well kept. This is unfortunately where the good review ends. Shortly after checking in we realized that the bathroom door handle is broken and the latch doesn’t work also. We also realized that the reading light was also not working. You would think this would have been found by house keepers while turning the room. We informed the front desk and the had someone in to fix the handle but not the latch or reading light. The sliding doors are heavy and don’t slide easily and I’m guessing this is why the handle was broken in the first place. My mother is in her late 70’s and for this reason I would say this hotel is not set up for ada. We were also told upon check in that house keeping would come every other day. They have yet to come. The breakfast that they serve is also the same every morning and that too gets old and is a disappointment.

Asked for room service everyday but only got it 2 of the 5 days. It snowed a lot one night and nobody even showed the walks until the next evening. The parking lot was never plowed while we where there. It appears that they are trying to save expenses by not staffing enough employees to provide adequate services.

Just a really nice place to stay. Enough dining options close but will need a car for most. Loved the layout of the room. Bed was comfortable. People were friendly. Overall very happy

The property is new and clean. The room was spacious. Check-in was easy. But...the furnishings were cheap, the mattress was cheap (and uncomfortable), breakfast was thin and cheap (haven't had powdered eggs that bad since the military), the walls and ceiling are thin. I dropped my wife off and went to a meeting. When I came my key to our room didn't work in the middle of the night. Back and forth three times to the front desk for new room keys that didn't work. The night manager's master keys didn't work. Had to wake my wife up out of a dead sleep to get in to the room. I'm not sure what we would have had to do if it were a medical emergency. The manager did call and email the next day, but was unconcerned. We wouldn't stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. The room was well cleaned and the employees were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was sub par. The variety was typical to hotels, however, the eggs were gross and rubbery and sausage could use a little more time.
