三谷湖城堡酒店(Three Valley Lake Chateau)

The property itself was very nice. The Ghost Town and the History behind the property was very interesting. The Pool was the warmest we have ever experienced. However there was no Television except for a few channels that you could not see. The dining was very time limited for Breakfast and Supper and no discounts for people staying there. The meals where very good along with the service. There was no one around to rent canoes, kayaks or paddle boards and all paddles and life jackets where locked away.

I love the actual building and history throughout. There needs to be some updates eventually, but it's also the experience more then the creature comforts. I just personally think they'd financially do much better if they offered WiFi in rooms, better TV and a more exciting restaurant. But the ghost town is great, it's close to Revelstoke for dining and also the enchanted forest isn't far

Lovely location and a really trippy stay. The hotel is lovely, a step back in time and you cant beat the landscape. The shower never did generate hot water and the hair dryer only blows cold so that wasn't so great. The food is not worth returning for. I ordered liver and onions and it was an interesting looking piece of liver. Looked like breaded bologna.Tasted fine. The pool and hot tub are decorated like the Titanic so thats cool.

Was a little noisy on Sept 9th with kids sports teams there. Room didn't smell fresh, food was just edible & of course, I think TV/Wifi options can be worked on, however, I would still come back. Might get a better choice on rooms, maybe try breakfast instead of dinner at the Restaurant. Great hospitality & love the cat. As a guest, it was nice to get in to see the Ghost Town at 8 instead of 9am.

I have always thought of staying at this location in my travels and I had the opportunity to do so September 9,2023 evening. My family stayed in Room 231 and the 2 mattresses are disgusting, they are worn out,my son complained of rolling towards the middle of his mattess, my wife an myself slept 3 hours,they are worn out and need immediate replacement. I won't be staying here again

This property is in such condition that it should be closed down. It advertises free Wi-Fi but there is no Wi-Fi in the room. The TV in the room you can only get four channels and they’re all cloudy and full of lions that you cannot watch anything. The place is dirty outdated. It should be shut down.

While the staff were friendly and the bed was quite comfy, I would never stay here again. It is very dated and many parts of the property abandoned. I'm surprised this place is even opened in it's current state. Tuere are cobwebs everywhere, inside and out, with the exception of tue room itself. The stairwells and carpets, etc were gross. While in the lobby, a bat was circling around inside and staff were catchimg them with butterflies nets like.8t was a daily pcurrance. Lol. It was crazy. I do not recommend staying here.

The property was unique and charming. The staff was amazing at finding my lost Apple Watch and holding it at the front desk for me to pick up. The fact that there is no air conditioning is noted in very fine print at the bottom of the hotel page. Maybe let people know that before they reserve a room? The outside temp was over 30 degrees and while there was a fan it did little to help alleviate the heat. The pillows need to be replaced and the sheets were very old.. all in all not a bad stay just not as comfortable as we are used to.
