裏諾廣場度假村俱樂部酒店(Plaza Resort Club Reno)

I feel this property misleads its guests, the lobby is dark not welcoming. The elevators are loud & wobbly all the way to least the 16th floor. We were in room 1646. As we entered the room there was finger prints all over the windows & hair still in the screen of the tub & the curtains didn’t close due to the track being broken. In the kitchenette area was food & garbage left from previous guests. Couldn’t get a good nights rest due to the lights & moon shinning through the filthy windows.

First time staying here. Love the convenience to the downtown location. Love how safe and secure it is. You need to have a key to get in and out also into the parking garage. Could use a update with the decor. Overall the staff was friendly and it was a decent price.

Hôtel horrible, vieux, sale. Y séjourner c’est la grosse déprime D’autant que Reno que je ne connaissais pas est aussi déprimant. J’ai préféré écourter mon séjour 1 nuit m’a suffit Hôtel d’un autre temps

Staff was very helpful with dining recommendations and the mini mart right on the corner was very convenient. The hotel had a lot of the items you tend to forget when traveling at a reasonable price

The pictures were much better than the reality. The hotel is old, looks old and it feels old. The carpet, the furniture and even the smell. I new it was going to be an old hotel but I was expecting something better kept. The area is also not the best. Our room was facing the street and there is a couple of bars right in front. We could hear people arguing and fighting until about 2am. Parking is also an issue. Their parking garage is tiny and driving it is a challenge. They close it at night, so you need to get out of your car and ask the front desk to open it for you, or you can pay $75 to get a garage opener. The service was good and staff was friendly. It was way overpriced for what it really is.

Me gusto mucho el hotel, la gente es muy amable y queda todo cercas de la propiedad.

Spacious rooms even if a little dated. Nice and clean. Bathroom area was really nice. Neighborhood is great and it's nice to have secure parking included. I will definitely stay here again.
