We loved sitting in shaded outdoor pool area. There are beautiful statues, mature trees and lots of grass. Hard to believe you are next door to a major airport. Unfortunately, the king size bed was extremely firm and I had a bad backache for our entire stay. I don't know if they offer softer beds, but you may want to ask.

The sink-faucet control seemed to be coming loose. The shower control was not marked; it took a while to figure out how to use it. And the shuttle dropped me off at the baggage-claim exit, which is a considerable distance from the check-in desks.

The staff was fantastic and dealt professionally with even difficult customers. However, the property was not clean. There was pool in the hallway. In my room, my sheets were stained with something crusty, and the couch had dark stains on the seat.

I didn’t like how noisy it was. You can hear everything. I could not sleep because of the noise. The bathroom is falling apart there’s water leaking everywhere. The ceiling sounded like it was going to crumble with the people above us. This place needs to be renovated, walls are too thin

I have stayed here many times because of its closeness to the airport and availability of parking while I am on my trips. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. Improvements have been made for the better.

We wont stay here again. The room was dirty and the restaurant was closed we arrived in the afternoon. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. We barely slept as people were slamming the door to the outside all hours of thr night. Terrible place to stay.

Outdated rooms, very uncomfortable bed, you could hear people walking on the floors above you. Also all of the furniture in the lobby was covered with white bed sheets… just a weird vibe here. Hallways smelled like smoke
