Good trip

Not pleased whatsoever had booked hotel as have had pleasant experience in other cities. Had to come in from out of town for medical appt. 1st issue requested close to elevator due to mobility issues, we were about as far as we could be from elevator. 2nd we requested top floor I know can’t always be accommodated but we were put beside a kid screaming nonstop and my son has sensory issues and autism so was very upsetting for him. And I ended up with a migraine due to all the screaming which could hear all way down hall and in room 3rd bathroom door didn’t lock might not be a big deal to some but with son with autism, adhd anxiety SPD he will go use any bathroom even at home if he can’t lock the door. It’s first thing he checks and caused him a panic attack 4th bedside light not working which was necessitated for my tube feeding and doing meds with a syringe. 5th front desk calling her manager speaking in another language. Very frustrating as no idea what they are saying about you

I like that I was able to use my visa debit as I do not have a credit card. The breakfast add on was super good. I booked another day just bc it’s that good. Awesome job(terminator voice)”I’ll be back”

Room was hot, Neighbours returned to their room at 1am, extremely loud, had to call front desk twice to have it dealt with. Security came and dealt with it- was very good. Was disappointed we had to call twice. After 3 hours of listening to max/intoxicated person next door they finally left.

This time we ended up getting a room at the back of the hotel, which was facing a parking lot a dumpster there train tracks just not nice

The window shade had a strange stain and there was a hidden stain in the shape of a shoe print on the bedsheets. Also I visited during the Labour Day classic and the pool was filled with rowdy ****s who were drinking. Spoke to the front desk but I wasn't sure if they dealt with them or not.

Ils ont facturé mon fils et moi. J’espère ne pas avoir de problème à régler ce problème.

This was a great property. Didnt like the idea of having to buy breakfast instead of continental.

Checked in to spend a quiet night. We were woken up around 2 am by loud noises and banging doors and couldn’t sleep for another hour. It was horrible. The floors and walls were very dirty. Not coming back.
