We stayed for 1 night. The front desk staff was friendly and the beds super comfy!

Would not recommend

Upon check-in we were given a room on the ground floor (103). We went to the room and noticed the safety catch had been smashed off the door once and then remounted and was falling off again. Our toilet did not flush as well. We went to the front desk and were upgraded to a tower room. We were comp’d two drinks and an appetizer. The room was nice enough. Pillows were awful, bed was ok, there were cigarette burns on the bathroom door. Left over goo on the night side table. It’s a very average property overall. If I was stay in Red Deer I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was very cooperative about accommodating us with a room change My husband walks with the use of a Walker and they were fantastic accommodating us The only problem was a lack of handicap parking but I’m not sure if the property is responsible for this or the city of Red Deer

I was very impressed with my stay. Staff was very polite and helpful all the time We had club access and it was very nice

First off, there was tons of parking when we got to the hotel after 10pm and we could park close to the entrance which was great when it was -42. The guy that check us in was the best. He had a great personality and had us all laughing and realized the room they had set aside for us wasn’t in the greatest location so he moved us to a better room. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We spent a couple hours in the ******, all staff in there were great as well. Will definitely be back.

The part of the hotel we stayed in was a little dated. The carpet was worn. However the bed was very comfortable and the furniture was well appointed.

We stayed for New Years Eve. The front desk staff were nice and helpful with any questions that we had. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Overall it was a nice stay and we will stay again

The staff at check in was amazing, was able to switch us rooms free of charge to accommodate my mother in a walker!
