Location is really bad, take one hour drive to the centre

Alte Möbel, alles quietscht und knarrt, sehr hellhörig und schmutzig vom Vorgänger. Der Service ist unterirdisch. Kein pünktlicher checkin trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage und Zusicherung des Personals und keine Reinigung der Hundehaare trotz Beschwerde. Für uns einmal und nie wieder!

我和我的夥伴剛剛度過了愉快的三天。我通常不寫評論，但我可以誠實地說，工作人員很棒，雖然小屋和冰屋也很棒，但工作人員確實讓我們度過了最好的假期（而且我們已經去過很多次了！ ）。我們去之前讀過一些關於食物不好的評論，但不相信——食物和湯都很棒，有很多選擇。這不是米其林星級酒店，但我們因此不去。我們預訂了幾項不同的活動，每一項都沒有讓我們失望——工作人員資訊豐富，在旅行/活動期間與每個人互動，你可以看出他們有多麼熱愛自己的工作。我們會向您推薦！謝謝

我的丈夫、我的兩個十幾歲的孩子和我在拉普蘭度過聖誕節，實現了我們的夢想。網站非常漂亮，但請記住在離開機場時購物，因為現場沒有雜貨店，只有紀念品商店和巧克力！小木屋提供高級服務，每間小木屋均設有桑拿浴室！工作人員非常友善，微笑，超級友好，這是另一個世界，感覺真好！住宿期間，我們： - 乘坐雪地摩托車去森林裡選擇並砍伐樹木（太棒了！） - 乘坐雪地摩托車尋找北極光（沒有成功，但我們玩得很開心！） - 去滑冰釣魚（太棒了） - 馴鹿農場的夏天（太棒了） - 和一次長途狗拉雪橇（太棒了） 氣溫高達-21 度，所以對於所有活動，手腳暖器都是受歡迎的！ !!!如果您有機會去那裡，請不要猶豫！

This place is amazing. We went for the arctic wildlife and stayed at this hotel. You only need thermal layers as on arrival you are fully kitted out in thermal suit, boots, gloves. They also have snoods and will change the boots or whatever if they get wet. All the rooms are semi detached wooden houses/cabins. The rooms are spotless, there is a drying room for wet clothes/sauna/fully equipped kitchen etc. the reception staff were great. There is a roasting pit you can use to warm up or for marshmallows. There is a shop onsite to buy souvenirs and sweets etc We walked to the supermarket which was about 30 mins (we used a sledge to carry the shopping). The zoo itself was nice, it was mid winter so obviously a lot of animals were hibernating. The night zoo tour was great however as you learn a lot. This place is perfect for families and / or couples. An amazing trip.

很棒的地方，隨時都會回去。住宿環境可愛溫馨，距離接待處、公園和餐廳僅幾步之遙。他們配備了烘乾設施和桑拿浴室。餐廳的工作人員很棒，早餐是自助，晚餐是湯，有 3 種主菜可供選擇，然後是甜點，在寒冷的一天後很棒。接待人員和導遊都很棒。我們在那裡進行了 3 次旅行——乘坐哈士奇和夜間雪地摩托車前往拉普蘭小屋，我們“全力以赴”。夜晚的芬蘭馬拉雪橇比較溫和，但夜空佈滿了觸手可及的星星，夜晚森林的靜謐更是絢麗。我們去了野生動物園幾次，每次都看到了不同的動物。一個美妙的假期以在冰屋度過的一晚結束，我們很幸運地看到了北極光，站在寒冷的戶外，而上面的燈光在上面表演的感覺真是棒極了。這是我們度過的最好的假期之一。

We have just got back from a wonderful few days at this lovely resort,and honestly cannot wait to go back!!!! The cabins are well designed,spacious,clean,and have everything you need,complete with drying cupboard,sauna,and a kitchen suitable for self catering! We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay,but upon arrival, was taken to the local supermarket where we picked up small items such as tea/coffee/milk,biscuits etc. Maria the receptionist came with us ready to help if needed. After settling in we went across to reception to pick up our winter gear which is all supplied to you,including socks,gloves,boots etc. We had a couple of activities booked in our package (snowmobile safari and husky ride) and also booked a couple more last minute . I must admit,the husky sleigh ride was a highlight,such an incredible experience taking charge of these wonderful dogs through the most amazing landscape,the tour guides also took plenty of photos for you which was lovely. Another must have,please visit Koroumo and the frozen waterfalls. This national park and canyon is outstanding and breathtaking. Narnia meets Frozen!! It was snowing the day we went and words can't describe how beautiful it was. I did sprain my ankle by sliding irresponsibly down some snow and hitting a tree,but that alone did not even come close to ruining the experience. Topped off by a romantic proposal in front of the 2nd waterfall. This trip was complete with snacks and lunch by campfire and waS just beautiful! It's about an hour and half away from the village and that night we stayed in one of the igloos followed by a tradition finn horse sleigh ride into the forest (again just magical). There is also an onsite zoo which was a nice visit,and you can go as often as you like with no extra charge if you are staying at the village. There was so much snow it was amazing! Trips and restaurant accept both card and cash! All staff were friendly and helpful.....big thanks to Maria,Alberto,and Annie (who helped with recommendations and the proposal). Unfortunately we did not see the northern lights. We would 100% recommend and can't wait to come back.
