The place was great I stayed one night while making my way from LA to Lake Tahoe. Needed a nights rest. I had looked at other places that were cheaper but I felt were shady. I was willing to pay $50 more for no drama and working air conditioning. The only reason I am not giving this place a perfect rating is because they didn't disclose there was a $10 parking fee. If they had told me that up front it wouldn't have been a big deal. Other than that the staff was great. There were food and coffee places nearby and it was quiet... Cheers

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Rancho Cordova Sacramento. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were excellent. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great price, super clean hotel and fantastic amenities like their bistro and pool.

Was told when I checked in on Thursday night there would be security in the parking lot checking for parking pass. I parked my car right in front of the building only to find my car had been broken into overnight. I notified the staff and they said they had no cameras outside and that they only have security Friday-Sunday.

The property was nice and clean. We liked that it was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Great staff, nice layout and spacious lobby/dining areas. Good fitness center for a hotel.

Front desk person had bad attitude and did not speak english and did even try. Dirty, stained, lack of maintenance, $10 fee for parking when there is free parking all over that area.

They made us take a handicap room. Said this is what ******* reserved.

For the Marriott brand this was the worst one I have ever stayed at. Walked in and employee was gagging or throwing up in the back. Came out and handed us the keys since we had did precheck in We did not have to stay with her very long. Room had a lock off and you could hear everything next door all night. The AC didn’t work and there was not a window in the room we could open. They had a sliding glass door that was open to the parking lot that had many homeless walking around. The slider only would allow you to crack it open to get a little air in. Parking was $10 a day which was unfortunate since our family staying at a lower star hotel had a better experience with no parking fee and about $30 a day. Would not stay again or recommend.
