Hotel is ok from the city perspective in smaller towns. Rooms were clean and spacious but service was disappointing and probabaly the food as well. Bath accessories and towel etc was not upto the mark and even the quality of room linen etc Statyed for a night and ok but not great.

The house keeping staff especially ***ager Venkateswara Rao g*** supervisor Jagdish and house mens was very cooperative and helpful. Will be happy to recommend it to friends and family. Nice stay here, good staff ***** with nice hospitality, and moreover super behaviour of all the hotel team, I had stayed here in room no. 409 on 4th floor... house women Sunita supervisor jagadish was good and awesome

Better to avoid this property if you like Hygiene, everything is bad here. No Toiletries , washrooms are little better than public toilets. Lenin is cheap quality and very poor. You just name it's bad.

Had a buffet lunch with friends a couple of days ago. Unfortunately there is steep fall in standards in quality, hygiene and the presentation. Quality of food is substandard and the desserts section is full of flies . Presentation and the ambiance are also shabby. My rating is three star for the cost we paid

I am an avid traveller who have travelled with my family across India and abroad and stayed in various hotels. I never had a bad experience as i had with Hotel Shelton Rajamahendri. I booked my room via the hotel Website on November 26, 2022 (paid entire amount of 19320/-) with stay dates being Dec 27 - 30th inclusive . However due to unforseen reasons i had to cancel my trip. I called the hotel on Dec 10th to inform the same also mailed them afterwards. As per the hotel policy, my cancellation request was well with in the allowed time window. I got a confirmation email from hotel desk ***ager saying my request to cancel was accepted and my money will be refunded in 15 days. Its been 2 months and inspite of repeated phone calls / e-mails I did not get the refund. The hotel desk have stopped responding to my mails and did not even have a courtesy / basic ***nerisms on how to deal with customers. I would strongly recommend any one booking online via this hotel to be very careful as they are cheating and not ready to refund for cancellations that are with in the policy

Hotel property is in dire need of maintenance. Rooms toilets are missing locks. Lifts can't be used with confidence as they behave differently every time. Front desk representative Dinesh is going to say yes to everything you ask but will not get anything fixed. Housekeeping response time is like 0… as they never respond to requests. Swimming pool not available. Not sure why it's listed in 4* category. The stars I have given here is because of Mr Sh***kh, restaurant ***ager, saving grace for the hotel as he ensures to take extra care of his guests.
