巴比倫國際酒店(Hotel Babylon International)

Despite my collegues advise for not to choose the hotel, I had ignored their advises and gone through terrible experience in the hotel duing my stay for 2 days on 12th and 13th february 2024. The customer service at service desk is very least to talk about due o lack of focus on the customer needs. The very first day stay, i have requested to change the room but to no avail. Similar experience faced by other collegue who stayed during same period on my suggestion. Room experience is terrible for 2 days, without hot water, use of filthy bed sheeds, pillows and linen, foul smell in the room, usage of age old towels and napkins lack of complete toileteries are the few to mention. No soap holder, body washer in the toilet for 2 days. Over and above, there was dirty water in the commode due to cleaning of the tanks during night which has never been informed to the guest. However, the tariff at the hotel is far higher for its capacity and maintenance, and looks as if the hotel maintenance as a small time lodge. Overall, i do not recommend the hotel to those who needs hygiene environment at the first level.

Nice stay miss Kavita is very much cooperative.she is very much helpful and during our stay staff very much truly cares about guest and food is awesome .i m very much fluent to travel . Wonderful stay, lovely staff, food are amazing, nice ambiance

The post-stay services in this property are down right terrible. If you leave anything in this hotel by accident and go back to fetch it... It will take you hours and hours to retrieve it. It's like they don't have a lost and found department or something. Absolutely Terrible services.

One of the worst experience ever They serve food & drinks in very dirty plates and they say to eat in that very dirty plates. They wont change the plates and they wont change the food even you complian

Worst hotel to ever stay. Worst experience ever. From dirty stinking rooms to worst tiolets with blood stains, hotel has worst staff who is clueless, rude, unresponsive fand most unproffessional stafd

I attended CME on June 4,3033 our speaker was sweating and listerniers were suffocating due to non working of AC in Banquet hall, when we made complaint to the staff and ***ager they were giving non sence excuses, better AVOID this hotel for your CME and get together, We advised to put carporate team to go with other hote from next time as there are lot of choices but actually hotel people were saving electricity and kept the temperature at 30-32 in such a Hote sunny summer season, so please this hotel

We really appreciate the outstanding customer service of the Duty ***ager, Mr. Wasim Khan. He ***aged everything flawlessly. I didn't have to make any special request, for getting this service. I am writing, so that his efforts doesn't go unnoticed.

It was a great experience for me and my family as we stayed in Babylon international hotel for our family wedding. Front office staffs are well groomed and supportive they helps us alot rather than this the food was good would like to say thank to chef and banquet staffs.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to. Terrible service. Waited for 45 mins and they didn't serve water or salad. When I complained to the ***ager he did not respond and ignored the complaint. I've been a regular costumer there but I'm not planning to go back.
