The hot tub was freezing. Service was great if you tip upfront. Do not make arrangements to go shopping with the front desk. Biggest tourist racket ever! The evening entertainment was enjoyable. The restaurant food was good and the buffet was quick. Make sure you upgrade to club status. And the people selling on the beach were annoying. Make sure you pick chairs a little further back from the water so they leave you alone.

This resort was amazing. The whole complex was very clean. All of the staff were super friendly. They have great restaurants. Our favorite was the French one. We loved the drink of the day. The beach was clean and beautiful. There was a great variety of fun daily activities. We enjoyed dance lessons, archery, daily live singers, a circus act and traditional dance performance during the 5 days we were there. Some activities we did not make included a magic show, silent disco and karaoke. Each day we were pleasantly surprised by a special decoration that was left by the staff cleaning our room. We looked forward to seeing how artful they were. Loved my n\massage at the spa. I have rods and pins in my neck and the staff did an amazing job adjusting for this. We would definitely come back to this wonderful resort. Some tips: Make sure to get the daily activity sheet in the lobby so you can make the most of your day. The ****** is small with just some slots. No table play while we were there. Sunrise can be seen to your right when you are on the beach.

Excellent staff , location and clean. No air condition in theme restaurants, Mexican was stifling. Italian was excellent, food and staff. Very little air in bedroom of 2 room suite. No difference in extra club status nor in hotel controlling regular members from using club facilities . Should have wrist band identification. If you don't get up early to reserve a lounge chair with your towel or personal items you are out of luck, has to be a more fair system. Location, landscaping and helpful staff are Jewel Palm Beach best attributes.

Pros and cons…Pros-This is a beautiful resort, beautiful beach, food was good. We were a group of 13 and one of us had upgraded their room so his butler was able to get our group dinner reservations at each restaurant every night we were there. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The staff was very friendly. Cons-We booked as a VIP ******* member which was supposed to get us upgraded rooms, most of us got that except for 4 of us. Our room was fine except for the shower design was terrible and got the floor soaked every time we showered. The bathroom was small, other members in our group were given rooms with a large bathroom and the shower had a glass door that covered the whole shower. I asked for another room 3 days in a row, each day they would tell us that all the rooms were full and to check back the next day. So I gave up. Overall, I would stay here again.

very fiendly and attentive! very clean, rooms are cleaned up twice a day. Great food, even in buffet. All inclusive means really all inclusive! FLOPS: rooms need renovation, no warm water in shower.. diner: queueing of 30 - 90 minutes every evening, no reservations accepted no elevator guests do not use shower before jumping into pools boom boom music near main pool gives you heatache

C'est très propre. Le service de chambre oasse plusieurs fois par jour ; j'aurais aimé qu'il ne passe paa en soirée. J'apprécie l'accès facile aux jeux et la proximité. Certains éléments fonctionnent mal : fermeture de la porte des toilettes, télé, ... ; pourrait être amélioré, mais impacte peu la satisfaction du séjour.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub die Anlage ist schon älter aber sehr gepflegt und sauber das Personal ist hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Wir werden das Jewel Palm Beach auf jeden falls weiterempfehlen.

La experiencia en general fue excelente. La gente es muy amable y el servicio fue muy bueno. La comida es buena y variada. La playa es muy linda.
