La ubicación es fabulosa, el personal es muy amable, pero la falta de presión del agua en los baños de las habitaciones, ES GRAVE!!, por ende, el agua caliente es muy deficiente. El entorno del hotel, le falta acondicionarlo, (limpieza)

The property is right on the ocean and is a quiet property. The bar closed at 5 and then the room did not have wifi or hot water, two things that I feel like I am paying for when I book a property with those listed as amenities. The breakfast was ok but I would not return and feel I didn’t get what I paid for.

Cayo Arena, also known as Cayo Paraiso or Paradise Island, is a tiny sliver of a coral island and sandbar.
that's 1 of our reason for likening our stay gorgeous beach & warm clear water.
Did not like that the wifi did not work in our room upstairs
hopefully next stay it would be working up there.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area with a beautiful beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and the restaurant is very good as well

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I keep coming back just for the beach, which is so beautiful and swimmable! One of the best beaches in DR. I Just love it!
