普羅沃河唄盟套房酒店(Baymont by Wyndham Provo River)

So the stay was to include breakfast. I arrived at the lobby at 7 AM. There was a visiting couple standing there that told me the hotel had a large tour group that ate up all the breakfast and that the staff was struggling to replinish. I looked around nothing at all really, one piece of bread, dirty plate with some left over food on it, I dont think even any coffee? Sign saidf breakfast served at 6 AM but at 7 AM nohting at all !

I stayed at the Baymont a few times now & even my father stays here when he travels out to Utah from Michigan! Staff is very helpful and friendly the building is old and isn’t in the greatest of conditions but it is usually a bit cheaper than their competitors in the area! Love my stays at the Baymont but they could fix up some of their rooms ESPECIALLY their Deluxe King rooms with balcony’s ;)

It was a three day stay the building is retro kinda out of date. The windows and patio door were broken so safety was a issue though I am a man I still have valuable items. The vending machines where out of most everything and the card reader on one was out of order. The laundry room was out of order and so was the pool and hot tub.

It was fine. For an older place, it was very clean! Some of the personnel were good and others were a little on the rude side; but that’s everyone lately!

Great staff at check in. Motel was a bit dated but was clean.

We enjoyed our stay it was okay. The price was very reasonable and they allow dogs although 20,00 US seem high compared to other hotels. They say free breakfast but there wasn’t even coffee available so that was disappointing

I stay here a couple times a year. The property is a little run down, but the location is good. The breakfast is disappointing, with lots of carb options, but no warm proteins. I very often skip it and get food elsewhere. In my last 2 stays there have been maintenance issues in each of the rooms. In one room there was a lamp with no bulb and there was no hair dryer, but you could see where it had been broken off the wall. In the other room, the furniture was damaged, also one of the beds squeaked really loudly any time someone moved on it, the back of the key card reader was missing, and the sink was stained and nasty looking (but still clean). However, my overall experience has been good, and I will stay here again
