It is a good Hilton hotel building with not so good or friendly front desk service. Unfortunately, front desk didn’t make me feel trusted since he didn’t let me check-in until I contacted ******* and had them call him. Check-in lasted 30 mins approx for a non-refundable reservation confirmed 30 mins earlier by *******. Before check-in was completed he asked me to pay for $50 for incidentals which are supposed to be refundable. Who knows if the refund is made after I check out later today. The shower had no shampoo and soup in the wall bottles, I was not expecting this for a Hilton hotel.
