服務和人們都很粗魯而且很糟糕！房間裡有蟑螂，經理是種族主義者，很粗魯，他很有威脅性！

For Every needs you need to walk all the way to the front desk. Mean while the front desk is far far away and super cold outside… plus they only leave you with (1) toilet paper for the whole week. I wish they can accommodate the services of need instead having customers walk in the cold. Plus breakfast is super simple and no flavor and employees have attitude

Shortly upon arriving in our room, I receive a phone call on the hotel room phone that they gave us the wrong room and I had to come back to the lobby to receive new keys. After getting assigned a second room and moving all our belongings, we find the bathtub full of dirty water and the room smells. I call the front desk they have me come back a third time for a new room. The third room was fine. I know they say the third time is the charm, but it shouldn’t be for a hotel room. Will not stay here again.

Biggest issue were the bugs. We stayed with the kids for 10 days and everyday there were small roaches in the room and particularly in the kitchen. On the floor, on the carpet, even on the window blinds. I did receive an offer to switch rooms, but after seeing the alternative room and how dingy and run down it was (equally so to our current room) I didn't even bother lugging all of our luggage over as I expected more of the same. I was also offered to fumigate the room, but given we had 2 small children with us this was not an option. I bough some roach traps at a local home depo and we managed through while keeping all of our food sealed and killing any bugs we saw. Big disappointment not only in the roaches, but just how run down and poorly maintained the property was. The one savings grace was that the staff was actually quite pleasant.
