For a Holiday Inn property, I would have expected better. The front parking lot is a mess...lots of broken asphalt and potholes. Certainly does not create a good first impression. Our suite consisted of two double beds, and a fold-away couch. My kids informed me that the double beds were very comfortable....sadly, the mattress on the fold-away couch, was terrible...and the springs that are beneath the mattress were sagging, leaving a very flat, uncomfortable mattress, with very little support. I remedied the situation by placing the two couch cushions underneath the fitted sheet, so I was laying on those, rather than on the mattress itself. The suite itself was spacious, divided between two rooms, not including the bathroom. Though we didn't make use of the microwave oven, the refrigerator certainly came in handy. Broken and crumbling tile in the bathroom, around the shower head. The provided breakfast was quite good...both hot and cold options, good assortment to choose from. I'm not a fan of pancakes....but the automatic pancake maker, may have just changed my mind, as that was excellent ! We were checking out Sunday morning....good thing too, as a church group had rented out a room on the Main Floor, for their morning service. Even though we were up on the Second Floor, the noise from their service easilly carried up to our room. There would have been no sleeping in, as their music was quite loud ! I would hesitate to stay here again..will consider other options first.
