普雷斯科特6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Prescott, AZ)

The room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. My husband is a smoker (outside only) and even he was gagging on the stench. We had to buy car air fresheners and put them in the a/c vent to be able to breathe. I get it was a smoking room but dang, open a window and spray some fabreeze once in a while. Other than that, the staff was very nice, and accommodating. We felt safe. The room was clean and it served its purpose.

Upon arriving on Thursday into room, the whole floor was sticky, ONLY had 1 bath towel,and 1 hand towel. I called 8 times to front office, NO ANSWER. So, walked to office, told my findings, she did give 1 of the towels. NO, one came to mop nasty floor. Day two, still NO one came to mop floor, even after letting office know, Stayed 3 days, and after 5 times to get floor mopped, NO ONE EVER CAME TO MOP. WHY ????? Next, to many guests walking around, or standing in front of room talking into night late hours, or super early a.m. 5ish in morning....why ???? Pills of towels laying around the pool, NASTY trash laying on property, and large trash cans FULL FOR TWO DAYS....nasty, nasty.

The staff was rude and not helpful especially the manager. The check in process was a nightmare and I was not explained everything up front and the date got changed on my reservation by the staff so the checkout time changed and I had no idea. Then was given a room that already had guests staying in there. Then to get a call the next morning from the manager saying she will call the cops if we didn’t check out right then. It was a horrible experience for no reason and to be treated that was when I was not explained all the details was uncalled for. I didn’t cause any problems while I was there and if I had known the details I would have never paid $112 to stay at a place like that for only 7 hours. I wasn’t even given a full days stay there. Definitely would never do this type of booking or stay there again. 👎👎

Arrived around 11 pm. Went to the window to be greeted by a not so friendly person whom looked to be on *****. She was borderline rude in her communication with me. She got me checked into a room but the door would not open. I went back to the front and she seemed annoyed. She asked me if I was at the right room. She then gave me a new room. All of this seemed to bother her. I got checked I to that room. Upon walking in I noticed the smoke detector had a bag over it and there were yellow stains next to it on the ceiling. The light on the shower didn’t work and the shower dropped all night (loudly). Every time the toilet was flushed it made terribly loud noises in the pipes. The heater didn’t work either. It got chilly at night and I needed to warm up but it did not do anything. However the ac worked well.

I've stayed here for years but it has been on decline. I assumed when I reserved and checked in all rooms were non-smoking. I was not asked at the desk my smoking preference and was given a smoking room. I complained about it in the morning. They said that bookings from third party providers are assigned smoking rooms by default and that if I want to specify a non-smoking I should use the Motel 6 directly. Non-smoking rooms are an industry standard. Also housekeeping freshened up the room at my request and threw away a change of my clothes that I left on the floor. $30 loss.

no maid service for the entire stay!!! one towel for three people foe a three night stay! no TP room keys only work for one day every night er had to get new keys!

Nice place for a one night stay. Within walking distance to Whiskey Row which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Room was standard size, bathroom was large and clean.

The TV didn’t work… One of the stairwells was broken… People live at the motel… People that are not staying at the motel or hanging around the area…

Cheyenne, the front office clerk, was exceptional and helpful at getting me squared away. Friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again.
