波茨敦戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Pottstown)

My wife and I stayed there for one night for a little relaxing away from the stressors of life (4 kids). When we checked the guys at the desk greeted us with a friendly smile very personable and kind. He Asked if we ever stayed there we had not. So he started in with everything that they offer. Made sure we knew where the wifi password was gave is our room keys and showed ua the direction to go. Wished us a nice stay and rold us about the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Very professional. The room was nice, clean and looked redone. One last thing the TV wasn't coming on I had to ask the guy he came down and fixed it himself right away. So 5 out of5 Stars for me. I'll definitely be going back.

This is not a two star motel. It is better than that. The clerk at the desk was very helpful with directions, and there was a great diner right next to the motel. I have reviewed many restaurants and hotels (motels) for YELP, and I can tell you that this place is a real bargain at the price.

For the first time using Trip.com....this one for me is a winner. After bad experiences at Extended Stays and some motels under Wyndham Rewards wherein I lost a number of points on rooms that needed serious upgrading for their members, as well with some other third party reservations were very disappointing and over priced on fees and tax for people on a fixed income. Only flaw...no breakfast folks. But I'll take care that for the cleanliness and no pets.

I never have an issue when I’m here. Love the front desk. They’re laid back and very chill. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This hotel photographed well. Don’t be fooled- go somewhere else! It was old and dirty. The walls had cobwebs, visible dirt, and even what looked like blood spatter. The sink was cracked in numerous spots, the clothes racks rusty, the caulk and grout moldy, and the ironing board had unidentifiable stains. The pool is in need of major renovation- poor concrete work and missing tiles. Even though an employee came out to vacuum it, I ended up scooping bugs and leaves with the net for over ten minutes. It too had algae growing along the walls and floor. The tables outside were filthy, covered in dirt and debris from the trees. Seeing us out there trying to eat lunch, no one (employees) even offered to wipe the tables down. Lastly, we asked for additional pillows and blankets at bedtime and were told we couldn’t get any because housekeeping went home. In addition to all of that, the immediate area did not feel safe. There were some questionable people around the parking lot, and the police/ambulance visited several times during our one night stay. Do yourself a favor and put out a little more money for the higher end hotel down the street.

The sink was broke and dirty as well as the tub. The water had a funny smell so we could not use the water. Our beds did not have any blankets and the staff gave me the run around about how it wasn’t their shift’s problem. My boyfriend had to go to the front desk to demand blankets for our room especially since we had children with us.

Hotel was outdated. Pool was no functioning. Website did not say no pool. Tried to out us in a non-smoking room that had been smoked in. Manager knew this and refunded our money. Would not recommend.
