皇后酒店(The Queens Hotel Portsmouth)

房間很差，景色很差，工作人員很好，早餐部分是冷熟的 由於啤酒已售完，不得不退回兩次，酒保最終換了一瓶啤酒，但沒有調整 1.5 英鎊的差價。

房間很差，整個晚上外面的水管都在滴水，壞了，外面有噪音，看照片，部分早餐是冷的，因為酸味，不得不退兩次一品脫啤酒。

週日入住很好，週一早上我們出去的時候，但是下午回來時，暖氣關了，房間結冰了，直到 1845 年才打開，所以當我們出去時，房間才暖和起來。服務很差，我們認為我們應該得到回扣

Fantastic trip staying at The Queen's Hotel. Even during festival time which is probably one of the busiest times of year all the staff were polite, friendly, efficient and super helpful. It might not be the most modern hotel but the charm and staff helped make our trip even better.

A beautiful building in a very convenient location. I opted for one of the rooms not yet refurbished, which the hotel made absolutely clear at the time of booking. Whilst a little tired, as expected, it was large, comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed. What really made my stay was the fabulous staff; reception were attentive and very polite, the room servicing I spoke to were cheery and polite, the bar staff in particular were an impressive team - they dealt with efficiency and good humour on an absolutely mad Saturday afternoon / early evening related to some event, but still made time to look after my friend and myself with well made cocktails, and the next day to have a little chat with us in the evening. Whatever the hotel is doing in staff recruitment and training, they are doing it right, and that made my stay more pleasurable.

Booked an un-refurbished large sea-view room on 3rd floor. Expected it to be 60's vintage which was the last time I'd been in the hotel. But it was acceptable, except for the minuscule flat screen TV. However, the wifi signal was very weak, perhaps a booster malfunction. Once the manager, Dan, verified that, he said it shouldn't be like that, apologized, and switched us to a refurbished room on the first floor with strong wifi. We were impressed with his response, and really enjoyed the stay and the room. Thanks, Dan

Checking in/out staff were very vague didn’t tell us what floor our room was on, made booking breakfast seem an effort for them, didn’t ask how our stay was on checking out. Generally not bothered, just a tick box exercise for them. Room very basic! Poor carpet although felt clean. Mattress was very boney, furniture chipped, bathroom toilet loose, bath panel needs replacing. Windows whistled due to wind which we lodged a piece of card in to stop the noise. Again all very clean, just looked tired and generally worn. Hotel lobby and dining room looks great! Staff in the restaurant were lovely. Breakfast was very good. Pick off menu and pastries and yoghurts. Great hotel to use as a base, close to sea, gunwharf and had a good sea view. We stayed in a standard double room with sea view, maybe the superior rooms were much nicer.

Really pleased with the service received at Queens hotel- the standard double room was too small for our needs, and we received an upgrade with a minimal fee. Many thanks to reservation manager Jason, much appreciated. The hotel is recently renovated and has a lovely vintage feel. The room was tastefully done, with the needed amenities. Shower was small, and no air con meant the room was a little warm, but the sea view more than made up for this. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked, and the bar is reasonable.
