Residence Inn Portsmouth

Breakfast not good. For lunch & dinner, you have to go out. No option in the hotel. Rite now COVID policy, no cleaning in the room.

We had a great family getaway during February vacation week. Luke was wonderful, kind and attentive! Our room was extremely clean and the hotel was immaculate. Every hotel staff we met along our stay always asked how our day was or how our stay was so far. We loves our stay!

The rooms were very quiet, the furniture very comfortable, especially the chairs, & bed. Enjoyed the seating area with fireplace. All very nice!! It's been an enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Tucked away in a quiet area but across the street from stores and malls and only 8 minutes drive to downtown Portsmouth. The rooms have been completely renovated to match new RI builds, WIFI worked great, halls were clean and quiet and staff were super friendly and helpful. Pets welcome and there is a nice, though small, grill and sitting area outside. The ONLY downside is that on Saturday night, the neighboring Cisco Brewery has an extremely loud patio bar. It felt like an earthquake. It does quiet down by 10pm. If you can get past this it'll pleasantly surprise you.

Only thing was the dishwasher wasn't working but otherwise great property

Stayed two nights (room 311 one bedroom suite) for a trip to Portsmouth. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and sofa. Adequate space. Plus to have a kitchenette and dining table. In a great location however far enough outside downtown Portsmouth to avoid major traffic. Mobile key a plus!

Lot's of trees and privacy. We needed some food and the stores were 5 mins away. Easy access..

I was surprised at check in to be assessed with a *surprise* $120 pet fee. This just about doubled the cost of the room. I was VERY disappointed.

Excellent service to start with Emily! We loved the place and we will be back. Beds were very comfortable. Fireplace was awesome. Breakfast choices were good and very tasty. The pool was small, but fun to swim around in. Very quiet hotel. Our dog was welcomed and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
