波特蘭東部福朋喜來登酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Portland East)

The hotel could have been fine but I had a housekeeper walk into my room right after I got there, without knocking and then lied to the front desk saying I was smoking, which I wasn’t. They then tried to charge me $200 but wouldn’t come to my room for proof. Terrible interaction and terrible customer service.

Property was clean and easy to access from freeway. The room was updated and nice. It’s by a busy road to the traffic was loud at night and in the morning. Breakfast is not included.

Although clean, our room and experience came with problems. The inside of bathroom door had water damage. Our room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. We ran out of toilet paper. We had to call twice for a plunger to be delivered. The lamp base needs to be repaired/it’s leaning. And on the last morning, the front desk attendant couldn’t be bothered getting me any half and half for our coffee. Overall, not the best hotel experience. PS, all the other staff was most accomodating and friendly.

Trying to contact the hotel afterwards is impossible. Don’t answer the phone, no voicemail, don’t answer emails.

Great late night free shuttle from PDX. Wonderful breakfast included!

The property was represented a clean and spacious room when in fact it was not. I decided not tostay and requested a refund.
