A bit tight room and old bundling so you can hear some flushing sounds

The room was very amicable .. The view was to the neighboring building though .. Hidden fees, but yes, if in Portland I would book again .. Location was top notch !!

We really loved our stay! All the staff was super friendly and helpful, and my daughter especially enjoyed the arcade. We both enjoyed the guest happy hour & the Portland Coffee Roasters in-room coffee! The location was perfect (we ate at Grits & Gravy three times and 365 Sushi twice!), and our room was comfortable and cozy. The only thing we didn't love--and this is weird, I know--was the quality of the toilet paper. It's probably eco-friendly, though, which is great :)

Staff was WONDERFUL though unfortunately the rooms were terribly small. We got upgraded to a premium and the bathroom was so tiny, there wasn't even room for a towel rack. Great location and friendly staff though doubtful we'd stay again given the room size.

The front desk clerks were very welcoming, and the atmosphere was very modern. The only thing was the that the shower was a little outdated. Not enough water pressure and the faucet's hot and cold was backwards. However, the bathroom was very clean! We had a king bed, which was lovely. Also, we gor complimentary ciders, so the stay was 4 stars in my book. The restaurant next door, Il Solito, was also very lovely. We'll definitely stay here again!

Photos are true to life and if anything, don't tell the full story of the world class interior design. If you like to stay places that look interesting and elegant, this is for you. Staff was very friendly and courteous, and Joyce, the desk manager also serves as concierge. Bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and temperature controlled. Next time I'm in Portland, I'm here.

SMSでの対応が素晴らしかったです。宿泊日の前日にホテルからSMSが届き、そこには「何か心配なことがあればいつでもこのショートメッセージで尋ねてください」と書かれていました。私は長距離バスでユニオン駅周辺に到着したのですが、治安やホテルへのアクセスなど心配なことがあったので、SMSで問い合わせたところ、正確で配慮の行き届いた回答が迅速に届き、お陰で安心してホテルにたどり着くことができました。多くの日本人と同じように私は聞く・話すより読む・書くの方がまだマシなので、文字ベースで対応していただけてとても助かりました。一つ難を挙げるとすれば、VIPアクセスでもらえるサービスの選択肢が少なかったことですが（もともとバーやレストランがあるホテルではないので）、そんなに大きな問題ではありません。

Great central location but with that comes some big city issues but it's a fantastic hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the hotel decor was classy, artsy. Good eating options nearby. Would stay there again for sure.

Excellent location! Homeless population is a problem, but the area is safe! The Old Town area is walkable. Lots of really good dining nearby. Staff is cheerful and helpful. Rooms clean. Live Music in the Lobby!
