Nice Hotel in a good location near the harbour. The hotel would need to be updated, bu it is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Good seafood in the area nearby. Nice Pub across the street and a bakery behind the Hotel. We would stay again at this Location.

Really enjoyed our stay people are so nice! Room was clean, there’s free coffee and delicious cookies served at hall every! It would be 1st choice in Portland on next time visit ! 地點好到很多地方走路就可以！ 房間乾淨又大，工作人員很和善很值得推薦的飯店

The stay at Hilton was great. No problems at all. Bed was super comfortable room was clean. I needed a fan, called down they had it up to me in 15 min. Definitely worth the $. Restaurants all within walking distance. Ri Ras excellent spot!

The hotel room I stayed is outdated, including TVs. It does not cost much to get a smart TV. The carpet look old even though they tried to maintain it. There were cheaper hotels that are more newer and modern. But I believed Hilton would have better accommodation. For this instance not worth the price.

Hotel was in a very convenient location across from the cruise terminal / pier. Easy and safe walk to all shops, restaurants, and piers for tours etc. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Valet parking was $30 / day so not too expensive. While we did not go to the bar or restaurant, they where both right off the lobby and looked very nice - same with the pool. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We’ve visited this property in the past, as well as others in the Hilton family and always enjoyed our stays very much over the years. This trip, however was one night & two days in the Old Port. A $500 room, a blaring fire alarm in our room going off at exactly midnight, the room filled with smoke and the two of us running to the front desk bleary-eyed and in shock. A fan was set up, we were told the smoke was due to my CPAP machine, and that the chemical odor we smelled was menthol from the machine. The engineer was insistent the machine was to blame, even though no menthol of any kind has ever been utilized, the humidifier plate was cold, as it is not used, and the hose was well connected. Neither of us slept, didn’t use the CPAP machine following this event and we left the property at 8am and cancelled our plans for the day as we and our belongings reeked of whatever it was that filled our room. The room next door also had smoke, not sure how it was remedied for them. We ran the CPAP machine for more than an hour as soon as we got home, and as we stated the night before, the machine was NOT at fault. So, we’re out more than $500, and what experiences we were able to enjoy during the day we checked in, were completely overshadowed by this event and we were left feeling embarrassed and frankly, ripped off. This was 5 days ago yet remain so angry about the experience!

great location,friendly service,nice pool'lounge,restaurant,all good,gym needs some help the weight machine broken,and the floors very dated.

We stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend/ girls weekend and loved our water front view!!! The room had 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed so we all slept quite comfortably. The breakfast offered a large variety of breakfast items. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely return for another visit!!!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. True professionals. The room was showing its age, the closet doors were clunky and couldn't stay on their tracks. The bathroom lighting was quite poor and the shower side of the bathroom was pretty dark. Overall, I had a great stay. The location is premium and for the price of $160/night, I would absolutely stay here again.
