A gusto, nunca hemos tenido problemas, tranquilidad, desayuno genial, trato del personal un 10 Nuestro especial agradecimiento a Pedro, el chico de recepción, nos encontramos con un problema por el coche y estuvo atento para ayudarnos en todo momento..Nuestro infinito agradecimiento..El hotel debe estar súper orgulloso de tener un personal tan atento con sus clientes...Gracias

O hotel é de 2 estrelas mas daria pra considerar 3. Quarto espaçoso com ótimo banheiro. Café da manhã muito bom. fica bem no centro de Portimão, o que configura 3km da praia. É bastante silencioso e muito bom pra descanso. Possui também um terraço. Acredito que um fribogar no quarto melhoraria muito a experiência.

Basic hotel, but very clean and spacious room. Was on top floor, had a nice big double, big bathroom and nice and quiet. A bit far from the beach but a walk there and taxi back was super easy and cheap.

Nel complesso una struttura normale, posizione pessima ma buona colazione. Tuttavia lo staff ha perso il mio costume da bagno, e tra vari errori di comunicazione tra i receptionist, è andato smarrito.

AN EXPENSIVE ITEM WAS STOLEN I had a terrible experience with this hotel at the end of my trip. Firstly, the hotel is really small, smaller than the pictures they show, our room was really tiny. But we decided to ignore that and have a good stay. There’s no parking spots near the hotel, so we had to park 8 minutes (walking) away from the hotel. At the end of our staying, when we were doing the check out we had to leave the bags in the reception because we couldn’t walk 8 minutes with bags and with 38 degrees weather. When we returned an item was missing. This was the only stop I made before going home. It’s a car trip, no one had access besides the staff in the hotel or other clients. I was informed they don’t have cameras in the reception area. I was even poorly treated by a staff member named Giovanna, she completely disregarded the situation and said basically it was a “me” problem. And there’s nothing she could do. This can’t be standard procedure in a hotel. Me, as a paying customer I expect at least some care and respect towards my money and my belongings, your employee simply told me “it’s impossible” as if things like this never happen, I expected her at least to tell me she would look into it and disregard my issue completely. This was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this hotel or this service to anyone else unless they want to be treated unfairly. Regards , Luzia Ferreira.

Hôtel situé pas loin de la gare ferroviaire et du centre ville. Chambre correcte et propre. Toit terrasse. Accueil correct et professionnel. Rapport qualité prix correct. Lieu simple, ne se démarque pas mais que je recommande pour votre passage à Portimão.

Ola olha foi muito satisfatório,o quarto espaço muito bom,e uma recepção muito agradável 10.Muito aconchegante o banheiro a cor do piso muito agradável,quarto limpo cheiroso olha com certeza voltaremos e indicaremos para outros amigos TB.

Positioned near the center. Car parking on the road. Very good breakfast. Very good value.

Serviço atencioso, quarto confortável e café da manhã muito bem servido, com bom custo-benefício. Como estava sem carro, achei bem localizado para conseguir pegar trem e ônibus.
