My wife and I came to town for a concert, traveling with our service animals. This hotel was perfect they have great amenities and very nice rooms. The biggest plus for use was the pet friendlyness of all the staff they are awesome. They put on a great breakfast as well. In fact the friendlyness of the staff and nice rooms and all the amenities, we ended up staying longer just to enjoy our trip and get some relaxation. Place is in a great location as well everything you could need either within walking distance or a very short drive.
We will definitely stay here again if in the area. If fact if you are traveling through or just in the area for something and need a place to stay, this is the place. You should most certainly stay at the Best Western Pocatello inn.

Both the bathroom sink and shower/tub drain really needs to be cleaned. It takes forever the water to drain especially in the tub.
The buffet breakfast needed more attention when at 8 am tons of people decided to come to breakfast. Food items needed refilled and I do not think the items were properly refilled. Even before the 8 am rush, I noticed the bagels could have been refilled....just my thoughts

I was moving out of my house and I needed a dog-friendly place to stay after the moving van took away all of my furniture. I needed to stay in town 3 more days to clean the house for the new buyers and to sign the final papers. The breakfast room was very comfortable. I appreciated having eggs and meats and potatoes and an amazing automatic pancake-making machine. It was nice to have syrup pitchers at every table in the breakfast room. The location was close to Applebee’s and The Sandpiper restaurant. Very quick access to the interstate.

Comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, plenty of green space to walk your dog and an Applebee's restaurant right next door. It's a great place to stay when you've had a long day of driving and you're just looking to get off the Interstate. Have stayed here before and probably will stay here again when passing through.

The hotel rooms need a little up keep. The air conditioner was clunky and would wake me up in the middle of the night. The best parts about this hotel were the staff. I enjoyed chatting with them. Also nice to have 24 hour pool access.

An older but very nice, clean and easy to access hotel. The staff is very friendly and the hotel room layout is easy to navigate with all entry's on the interior. Carpets are not rundown and the property is well kept.

The service that they provided was excellent, on the phone & in person. My wife had recently broke her leg. She needed a few extra things to accommodate her. Shower seat, & commode, which they provided. We stayed in a suite. The breakfast was also very good. I will remember this hotel when I am in the area again.
