因維克塔酒店(Invicta Hotel)

Accoglienza fredda al check in; ci hanno dato una camera diversa da quella prenotata perchè non disponibile, sporca, ma sporca come poche volte in questi anni di viaggi in giro per il mondo mi è capitato. Su mia insistenza di fronte alla non soddisfazione per l'alloggio, il receptionist mi ha fatto vedere le alternative disponibili ma erano pure peggio. Un hotel così caro deve tassativamente avere standard diversi. Nonostante la buona colazione, sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso questa struttura.

This hotel was fabulous, spotless clean, staff so welcoming, bed so comfortable slept so well, all facilities in room you could ask for, breakfast was cooked to order, so freshly made, better than help yourself buffet where its all dried out, my poached egg was cooked to perfection, only wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely return, highly recommended, thanks to all the staff.

Another great stay at this fantastic Hotel, Many thanks for all the hard work and dedication that you and your staff put in. The location is just the best 10 minute walk to our favourite restaurants at the hoe. And 10 minutes to the shopping centre . Can’t wait to return

Spent 3 enjoyable days in Plymouth at this hotel. Perfect location with view overlooking Hoe Park and only a short walk to the Barbican and harbour with its shops and restaurants. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating making our stay very pleasant, would definitely go back again if in the area. We stayed in Room 15 overlooking the park. Comfortable room but bathroom is quite small in size although adequate. Finally, a word of thanks to Roy, Betty, Babs, Ken, Lesley, Francis and the rest of the team.

Had lovely three night stay . Room very clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Good varied breakfast menu and food very nicely cooked. Would certainly stop again if I'm down that way. Parking on site also good

If you are expecting to stay in a 4 star hotel you will be very disappointed. The Superior Double was small and the bathroom could not have been smaller. The shower fixtures were rusty.. the toiletries were grubby and areas of sealing were mouldy. The light pull had no bobble and the cord was dirty. The basin taps were difficult to use and there was no bottled water. The bedroom carpet was scruffy and the arm chair seat was unpleasantly stained. The staff were polite and helpful but I could not recommend staying in this hotel. We did not stay for breakfast. I really do not understand how the hotel gets so many good reviews.

Great hotel - great position, very friendly staff, amazing poached egg at breakfast, comfortable beds with nice bedding and good size room with a big window that opened. Bathroom was pretty tight but despite that achieved a good sized shower!

We have just arrived home from a fantastic stay at the invicta hotel.I shed a tear when leaving. Betty and Roy went above and beyond making our stay with them chilled and relaxed just what we wanted...we arrived as guests and left as friends.The staff were also amazing.The room we stayed in was perfect and the cooked breakfast was also to perfection especially the poached eggs (best I've tasted)Will definitely be back.All in all.PERFECTION.Xx
