The best location

Although The hotel and Rooms were Beautiful, wait staff were very friendly and attentive Unfortunately front desk staff could be friendlier and more helpful . A couple front staff we found rude. And Not helpful at all Waited 40 minutes because we wanted to upgrade our rooms which didn’t end up happening The Front desk staff needs a pep talk about customer service Other than that we enjoyed the Hotel overall

La propiedad ya se siente que le falta mantenimiento, no servia el gimnasio y no nos ofrecieron alternativas, solcitamos varias veces que nos mandaran capsulas de cafe y no llegaron al igual que botellas de agua. el servicio de cocina en alberca es muy lento y el de desayunas mas. En mi opinion faltaban meseros en la zona de alberca muy lento todo el servicio. EL personal de recepcion excelente y con muy buena actitud tanto paran el check in como para el cierre de cuenta

The room they gave us was right in front of a bunch of bars and hookah joints blasting music until 3AM. It was like the party was happening in our own room! No soundproofing at all, and it was so loud we couldn't sleep a wink. I'm usually cool with late-night shenanigans, but this was a Monday night and we couldn't even get some rest.

Frokosten som var inkludert var fra meny med et valg. Aircondition fungerte ikke, mye støy fra hovedgaten. Lite imøtekommende personale.

Room never cooled to AC setting. Refreshment center was never checked the whole time we were there. Jacuzzi tub on balcony does not work. Stayed here many times and this was by far the worst experience yet.

We are here for less than 12 hour stay and it never showed up that there would be a $35 Resort` fee

No servía el aire acondicionado y el personal no dio aviso ni ofreció ningún tipo de compensación

Muy mal. Las fotos del hotel que ustedes ponen es Tompson con playa. No se hace eso al consumidor.
