Holiday Inn & Suites 皮茨菲爾德 - 伯克郡(Holiday Inn & Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires)

피츠필드 내에서 이정도 위치의 호텔을 찾기는 쉽지 않을것 같다 방은 상당히 컷고 만족스러웠다 편의시설이 여러개 있었으나 서비스 물을 제공해주지 않는 것이 아쉬웠다

All in all, a nice refresh to this hotel. The parking garage is closed and is in need of major repair so parking is off-site. There is free valet parking during the busiest hours of the day. The restaurant provided delicious dinners with cocktails during our two night stay. The pool was being enjoyed by many in the hotel.

Pros: Front desk staff was excellent and room was clean and modern. Bathroom was a little tight, but not a problem. Cons: The hotel's parking garage was closed for repairs, but we observed no work being done during the weekdays that we were there. So this may be a longer term situation. However, the hotel is addressing this with free valet parking, but could be an issue when large groups are checking in or out, as with conferences at the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet (at $13 pp, unless you get this included in your room rate) is below average. Food variety was OK but not very appealing, and coffee was not very good either.

They are clearly understaffed but everyone working there was very helpful and kind. The free valet parking was a nice perk. I had to pay for the breakfast but it was a nice spread.

Parking garage unavailable due to need of repairs. Room space good and in good condition. Adequate space for large dog crate in our room. Temperature control worked great. Hot tub unavailable to use. Elevators quick and have three of them but they all sound like they are on their last leg.

The parking garage was closed while we were there, but they offered free valet parking. Nice, friendly people.

Great experience! The family and I went for a very short trip. The hotel was spotless and the staff was very friendly.
